I would never go back again!! Nine of us from work went to have a lunch and a staple came out from a hamburger. The person who had a bite of the burger got poked and was bleeding. The situation was handled very poorly by the manager and all nine of us felt that her attitude was not apologetic. It seemed like a minor injury so the person said he is OK. BUT by her attitude all of us were shocked and felt mistreated!! I felt bad that we did not have a chance to take a picture of the staple on the plate to show everyone.

Possibly the worst dinikng experience ever. We sat in the bar area and the service was horrible and slow. When our food finally arrived, my burger was overcooked and half of the burger was missing. It looked l like the patty fell apart and they just tried to scrap it back together and put cheese on it. Definitely not worth the price on the menu and was very upsetting. We will never be back to this re restaurant again. I should have known something was wrong with this place by how dead it was inside when we got there.

Now serving all-day breakfast... which is worse than even the worst diner food you can imagine. Omelets are tiny and paper thin, seemingly less than two eggs if thats possible, filled with plasticky cheese and a couple pink cubes of some tasteless mystery meat they call bacon. Served with a side of "potatoes" which are just french fries cut in half with some cheese sprinkled on top -- really. I dont know why we keep giving this place a chance, nothing about it (service, atmosphere, staff, food) is good.

Good was good, waitress took a long time coming to my table. Asked if I wanted to get something to drink and I told her. She started to storm off, I had to stop her, I knew what I wanted because I was sitting there a long time. Food came quickly, she never came back to ask if I wanted a refill of my beverage. Came over once quickly to see if everything was fine and took off again. Gave me my bill and disappeared again. Had to wait to pay.

Bad service; table was still being cleaned as they sat us down; no silverware provided until after the food came out and only after we flagged another waitress down to ask for forks and knives; she gave no apology and she acted as if we were inconveniencing her; also, we felt rushed to pay when we got the check; never going back to this location, not worth it.

The server wasnt very good. We had to ask for utensils, and extra napkins. I ordered the Jack Daniels ribs and shrimp, and my son had the Jack Daniels burger and my wife had the Jack Daniels steak. None of our orders had Jack Daniels sauce. We had to wait for our server to come back to tell her the sauce was missing then waited at least 15 minutes to get it.

Food was good nothing special . Fridays wont cook burgers with any pink inside. Service was ok again nothing special . Likely not to return. When manager came up to check up on our meal . He asked how are you . He justed nodded his head and walked away. A bit unprofessional if you ask me. Im the customer

Food was amazing but our server, I think his name was Eric, took forever to get things!!! Took an hour just to get a drink for my 1 year old. And another 20 mins for a box/ check! Definetly dont want him again!

Why do I love this Fridays more than any other?? The food is good and the drinks are sublime but the service is top notch. If you want the ultimate service just ask for Ricky. He is the number one server!

Slow service 40 minutes for meal to come and 20 minutes for two milks, a water, one ice tea, and a apple juice. But the manager came out and paid for the bill. But the food was cold.
