My experience was horrible..The waitress came over aferr she finished gossiping. Order coffee the milk was sour and she says it must be the coffee because this was happeming all day. She brings back another cup of coffee in the same contaminated cup with the sour milk, returns with an attitude.(By now we are ready to leave) Ordered the grilled tuna which was dry as hell, the string beans were burnt It took 15 mins for the waitress to bring a soda because she was constantly chatting it up with the staff. We had to walk over to her to pay the check. No other staff member had the courtesy to even come over while we stood around to pay to see if everything was ok. Seems like more of a hang out. Will not go back!!! Would not even recommend. Kim needs a refresher class on everything. Would rather go to Turkey hill better service and better food (gas station).

Not good at all, avoid this place. Went there for take out and stood for about 20 minutes before I was acknowledged. Put in a to-go order for 4 adults and 3 children. Took about an hour to get the food and we took it back to our resort. Get there, the portions were small, fries were awful, and they forgot all of our dips (salsa, sour cream, etc.). The one dip they remembered, expired guacamole. Pretty much 2 weeks past expiration. I go back and no one knows what to do, no manager on duty, so they ask the bartender and she comes over with a nasty attitude. So I walk away after paying $85 for the food and adding a $10 tip, with a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor, go down to Pub 570 (think that is the name). We got great food, quite a few drinks, and some dessert, and the bill was $105. The service was great too.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We walked in....sat down and waited 20 plus mins no one even acknowledged we were there two couples who walked in after us, got their orders taken and water and we were still sitting there. Waitresses walked past us several times and no one even came up to attempt to take our orders, we had no silverware no water, nothing....other couples and other patrons around us were also waiting very long to get any type of service but me and my boyfriend left, after about 20 or so minutes of noone even acknowledging we were there. We walked out and will NEVER go back.This place is terrible....I would never recommend to anyone! I Will be telling anyone who visits fairway villas and tree tops to not go here. Ridiculously horrible service.

We were not impressed. Casual Is one thing however $25 entrees and $9 kids meals should at least be good food. The seafood platter was frozen as were the chicken tenders. I could shrivel a hot dog myself. The waitress was not overly interested in increasing our tab either. (Isnt that part of what a waitress does? Provides service and offers beverages/ additional courses?) when asked how we enjoyed our meal the lack of pleased kids and adults were unnoticed. Ive recommended the villas to friends but wont be suggeting dining here. Even if they get vouchers. I wanted to send this review privately however an email is not easy to locate either.

The most disgusting place Ive ever been to food was nasty frozen stale just all-around disgusting waitress was very nice manager was rude nasty and trying to charge us for stuff the wasnt even adding up on the bill my bill was charged 20 dollars more than what is was suppose to be and theres mold in windows just nasty view all around DONT GO THERE YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF MICROWAVING A TV DINNER THERE WAY BETTER THEN THIS PLACE SAVE YOUR MONEY THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN THEY DONT HAVE CHEIFS THEY HAVE unexperienced people cooking in the back

The salmon was dry as hell the stringbeans still felt like they were non cook&taste as well...the food service overall is sloppy ...the waitress are consumed&there gossip...would never eat here again...as well as some of the diners ...very rinky dink...not my type of service at all!!! VERY POOR HATED IT

The only place to eat at Blue Lightning but the service is horrible. They tell you to wait for a waitress, however, they only have 2 waitresses for like 20 tables. So the wait to be seen is like 40 minutes before you can even place an order. If you can, wait to eat and eat somewhere else.

We where sitting here for about two and a half hours and we rarely got any service plus we didnt get our food and people came and left multiple time but these people are fighting inside the kitchens and after all it was very extremely bad
