Went to a golden corral for the first time last night, expecting the usal bunch of people at these things, families, celebrations and what not. But when I entered the building, I saw what was litereally the text book definition of trash, a man walking with a confederit flag on his shirt as his 300 + pound "mama" inhaled what I would best described and chicken mush. After paying to get a seat, I waited for a good 8 minutes after having about ten staff members completely ignore me. Finally get to sit down and there is chips all over the floor and chairs, chicken scraps on the table and some strange brown liquid that was at the corner of my seat. The server just grabbed a heavily used rag and whipped the table down and most of the seat, MOST. Finally I get to eat this food that I have heard so much about, I shall try a little of each type I figure. No, the steak is as bland as humanly possible with out injecting stale bread into it, the wings they had with its garlic and hot and spicy all tasted like mediocre wings youd microwave. After about a a half an hour in, I hear the table on my left talk as loud as they could with hows obama is a nazi spy, my right with a crying baby as the mother ignores it, the front with the most stereotypical black family you could racily think of, and behind me as what I originally thought were a heard of baby elephants toddle by were actually some pathetic excuse of children gathering from what I assumed was their seventh plate of grease stake. After leaving the pathetic pit of human decay I thought my trouble were behind me, nope. So far it has only been a day afterwards and my trips to the bathroom have almost reached double digits, dont go to golden corral, dont go to this one, I know that I will never step into another one for the rest of my life thanks to this dreadful night of human garbage.

Mal servicio y la cajera muy despota, la persona que me atendio tenia una actitud insolita le pedi muy amablemente un vaso con agua y me hizo una cara que ya me comia depues mi esposo fue y busco a otra persona que nos hiciera el favor de regalarnos agua y nos dijo que buscara la mesera correspondiente a la mesa, y la mesera nunca se volvio a arrimar a la mesa y fueron otras personas mas que tuvieron que buscar ayuda por otro lado

Dont expect more than a smiling manager here if you have any complaints. They advertise brunch until 2pm 7 days a week, while offering no breakfast items after 11am. I am standing in line watching the video monitor and reading the printed materials that are displayed here that states the brunch hours. So expecting some breakfast items I was severely disappointed especially after speaking with the manager at this location. He explained to me that the brunch hours is a corporate agenda. I asked him if they could take down the advertisement and the answer was no, even though that they ad itvertise it and dont abide by the corporate agenda. I was not even offered any coupons or anything else that they could have done to make my visit a little less disappointing. At least they could have offered brunch on Sunday, which in my experience, has been a traditional day to offer brunch.

When I visit the Royal Palm Beach Florida coral with my friends, I always get embarrised when the cashier looks at me and ask if I am a senior citizen. There are people that look older than they are and do not like being targeted all the time as a senior citizen. This is why I stopped going to this coral. The food is good but I dont like being told I look old. There must be some other way that this can be done. I am sure that I am not the only woman this has happened to. I am not sure that any of this will really matter to you. I will go back to the location next month to find out if it does.

Our waitress was nice but the food wasnt... the stuffing was soggy and even though they have a whole watermelon in display they did not have any served... I see more sweets then food..and one of the cook was so rude to me. I asked her how can I take a chocolate pudding and jello for my daughter and her response was, "If you can take it,take it"...that isnt how to talk to someone... Never going back there again...

The quality went way down drastically since they first open and the service is also poor to the point I dont leave tips. When the waitress approached my daughter I was belligerent because I was so upset about the food. I waste my money I couldve went to McDonalds...If the waitress ever read the reviews Im so sorry I was wrong. Please Golden Corral corporation if you reading this please bring back better quality.

Terrible, terrible, The place must have been taken over by NEW PEOPLE!! All non carbonated drinks were all out. no lemonade The steaks were ALL very tough. Always out of fried chicken, They did away with the chocolate ,and vanilla fountains Many empty dirty tables. Long wait to be seated. And the so called 6 FREE tiny rolls end up costing $5.00 extra.So small they are not worth it!!! We WILL NEVER GO BACK.

For those like me that are *food lovers* theres nothing better than a buffet style restaurant. Im not picky at all when it comes with food but I always put attention to what im going to eat. I dont remember one time that the food was bad; I always enjoy their food. One time the manager call just everybody to a sudden meeting because something was wrong. That showed me that they care of costumers.

My wife and I used to like to have a quick lunch here until they hired a Huxtable for a manager. This guy chased my wife around the restaurant the entire time, hitting on her even though she told him to stop. Plus, he was so loud you could here him talking and laughing throughout the restaurant. I even heard the people next to us complaining. We will not return while this idiot works there.

The price is what you would expect for an all-you-can-eat buffet. It seemed cleaned, our waitress was nice and efficient. The food was yummy. What made our lunch a 5 star experience was one of the guys from the kitchen. Matthew!!!! He went above & beyond... and my husband, son and I appreciate his kindness! The people here are wonderful and accommodating.

The staff here is great. The food is your typical American soul food. Which was by the way, not too flavorful, but that may be a factor because the restaurant caters for seniors who cant have high salty or sugery foods. Blood pressure nd all... But overall, it was okay.. what can I say, its cheap American cuisine.

Poor customer service we went to eat there as soon as we walked to door door my mother was holding a newborn and knocked on the exit door and the sheriff yelled and said to go to the other side mind u it is freezing cold then when I went to report him the manger told me with a attitude oh well hes the boss
