If there was a choice for zero stars I would choose that . Tonight was my second experience there. The first one I had the tsos with white rice . They chicken was like a chicken nugget covered in garbage juice ; tasted nothing like general tsos ! . Now months later my second visit I ordered a small order of chicken and mushroom and an order of cream cheese rangoon . I took a few bites and thought maybe I didnt give this place a chance . Sauce was good then I got a peice of gristle the size of a quarter which is disgusting but not really panda expresses fault so I spit it and continue eating . I ate two cream cheese Rangoon which seems slightly curdled which I though might happen when cream cheese is cooked they were hot so I assume thats safe got to the third one cold in the middle so I spit it out . I go back to their chicken take another bite where the top half of my chicken was hot bottom half of my small container was cold so I spit that bite out and pitched it . Thats a lot of spitting and throwing away considering I spent over 6 dollars for 3 small Rangoon and the tiniest box Ive ever seen of chicken and mushroom . Which I also didnt see any mushrooms in a dish thats labeled chicken and mushroom ! Im not one to complain but this is by far they worst Chinese let alone the worst fast food joint Ive ever wasted my money on . I suggest if you want Chinese treat yourself to sechzoin taste in the lower part of the mall they have great food its always fresh and cooked and welp its about the same price for twice the amount of food .

I was absuloutley disappointed. I never really review stuff unless its really bad or really good. We went through the drive through and for 3 small dishes and two drinks it was $25! To start of with they gave us no forks, spoons, knives, NOTING besides our food and drinks. Went inside to get that. Then figured out they messed up our drinks. We then fixed that. THEN 2 of our orders were the orange chicken and one general tso. The tso was a kids meal. Well the kids meal was orange chicken and once of the regular meals were tso. In the kids meal we asked for fried rice no vegetables. Later on to figure out that it was white rice with extra veggies. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN----seriously dont, they are ALL bad Go to Red Bowl instead, its in the shop n save shopping center P.S. People are rude, have no clue what there doing, and not all of them speak good english.

The fortune cookie was the best part of the meal. I got the bigger plate that has 3 entrees. I still had more noodles than all of the entrees put together. The noodles were supposed to be the side dish, they were dry and tough, with not much flavor. The Orange chicken says its spicy, but its so sweet that after a bite or two, you will not want any more. The Beijing beef was mediocre flavor wise and was dry and tough. The sweet fire chicken breast was flavor less. For the price, I could have gone to a real Chinese food place and gotten good food. The food is served cafeteria style, so its not fresh and is over priced. I have had better from the frozen section in Wal-Mart. I will never return to this place unless major changes are made.

For a chain the food is actually pretty good, although pricey unless your getting two entrees at a time (for a small bowl of noodles, some shrimp, and a drink youll be dishing out close to $11.00). Quiet frankly, your money would stretch better at a local mom and pop place like China King or House of Chen. What is substandard is the terrible seating within the very small building (good luck finding a seat during the lunch rush). If it werent for the additional parking within the plaza there would be no place to park your car in order to eat your food (unless Im eating at Sonic, eating Chinese in my car is not the most ideal experience). Ok for Chinese, but I would recommend something local owned first.

The chicken was great both times I ordered here - but they were out of white rice! It wasnt even close to the end of the night (they close at 10:00 and we were there around 6:00). I dont understand how this is a reoccurring issue: the ONLY option was fried rice. Ive never been to a Chinese restaurant that ran out of white rice. Ever. The first night we ordered online, paid for it, went to pick it up and were told that we only ordered and paid for half of what we did. It took a while to get them to give us all of the food we ordered. I had high hopes for this place and I hope it gets better. Will give them a few more chances.

I have never reviewed a restaurant before but I felt obligated to after this experiance. Online ordering is difficult so I called into the store and spent 5 minutes talking to a barely English speaking worker before finally the phone was handed over to a competent worker. Food was GOD AWFUL. Rice and noodles were both flavorless and the freezer-aisle reheated general tsos was dry and tasteless as well. Hands down the WORST food I have ever eaten and I have been to hundreds of restaurants around Pittsburgh. DO NOT EAT HERE. Save your time and money and go to Jimmy Wans or House of Chen

Horrible! Woman at the drive through was rude and couldnt get the order right! It was 5pm and she said they only had fried rice left. How can you run out of rice during dinner rush?? When we got home, there was 1 slice of beef in the beef and broccoli. I called to complain about 2 orders and was told to come back in and get a replacement. At the restaurant there were 3 people in front of me with complaints about their order! Finally got 1 replacement and left the other. Waste of money!!!

Ordered online for pickup with a coworker going in. When my coworker arrived to pick up my order, he was told that they could not find the order, and I would have to pay again. He eventually convinced them to allow him to leave with my order. When he arrived back at the office, I found that part of my order, a veggie egg roll, was not there. Also, the pepper chicken contained more celery than chicken and tasted of soap, and the chow mein was undercooked and bland. Definitely disappointed.

I ordered the general Tso with a side of noodles, and my husband ordered chicken and mushrooms with a side of rice. I recieved one plate with three pieces each of general tsos and the chicken and one mushroom with rice on the plate. Then a side of noodles. We got drive through and didnt notice until we got home. He gave me the one plate of food, and I was still hungry, the rice and noodles where flavorless I could not eat them. Then I open up my fortune cookie and there was no fortune.

This was my first time eating at any Panda Express. It was decent, pricy, but I was pleased. Would I go back? Maybe in a month, but you wont see me rushing back. It seemed like the Chinese version of Moes. I was waiting for them to scream, "welcome to Panda Express". On my second visit, it was REALLY bad. Out of everything, and the guy on the line was rushing me despite no one being behind me waiting. Would I go back again... No!
