I have never had a waiter or waitress tell me I needed to WAIT to order something. She was taking drink orders. I had just eaten and all I wanted was dessert. I order it with my friends drinks and she told me "I am taking drink orders right now. Do you want a drink?" I told her no I wanted the ice cream dessert only and she said "you will need to wait till I take food orders" and moved on to the next person at my table. I made it very clear that she pissed me off with her attitude and she did not care one bit. When she came back to the table she was trying to be funny and nice because she realised I was upset. When she assumed my order for ice cream I told her I wanted nothing and that she pissed me off so I refused to spend my money with her. She then proceeded to say " well you let me know if I un-piss you off and I will get you some ice cream" Who hires people like this? If she were my employee she would have never made it this far. Attitude cannot be changed and she has a nasty one. We drink alot. Usually rack up a pretty good bill. And I am a top notch tipper. She missed out on a nice amount of cash in her pocket last night. And I will never come here again.

My first visit to this store was a real disapointment. First of all, once seated we waited at least 5 minutes, (seemed longer), before anyone came to our table despite the fact there were 4 people hanging around the hostess station, 2 people walking around wiping off tables, and several other employess hanging at a waitress/waiter station. Once we were greeted the waitress was friendly. I asked her about the happy hour 3.00 beer list and she indicated which ones were included. We ordered our drinks and tried to find something somewhat healthy from the menu. It was a challange. Even the salads had sugery sweet stiff on them. Not really anything too appealing. Our food came quick, it was OK, not great. Then when the bill came I was charged 5.00 for my 3.00 drink and was told it did not qualify. Another negative. All in all, the facility was great, nice & big, the service was very slow, and the overall experience was not good. Will not be back.

This location needs a complete management overhaul. Most of them are immature and dont have any idea how to take care of customers. I received bloody chicken wings and the manager argued with me that it was not possible because they always cook their wings for 8 minutes! All while staring at the bloody wings... Tonight was the last straw (yes, i gave them another chance)... went to watch an nfl playoff game with some friends. At half time the store manager (head honcho) changed the audio to UFC!!! When i objected, he said he made the decision because the game was a blowout. I have been a regular customer, dining there 3-5 times per week since the location opened but I will not go back.

I came during a shift change which is totally understandable. My first server was fantastic friendly attentive. The second however not so much. It took 28 minutes from when I was ready to pay for her to drop the check with out saying a word (I had my wallet out I used to bartend I know the universal signs for ready to order ready to pay ect. Ect. Ect. The gentleman next to me sat down after I had, ate, paid, and left before she even dropped my check off. (She was only taking care of 3 people at the time not 3 parties 3 single people). The food was ok the atmosphere is what you would expect. But some and only some of the wait staff could use improvement.

I ordered a dozen boneless wings for takeout as it is Boneless Thursday. Guess theyre really pushing the bone-in variety, because those were the variety I got despite paying the lower boneless promotional price and being assured that my order was taken down correctly at the time of ordering. Oh well, Id like to say this is the only instance or location that I have experienced this at, but it is not. Unless I am unfortunate enough to receive gift cards to this place, I think I am done with BWWs. Too many other wing joints that can actually give you what you ordered.

I have to disagree with most of the reviews here. Maybe they got the "management overhaul" they needed because I had a fantastic experience here. The service couldnt have been any better, the food was amazing (cooked perfectly), and the atmosphere was great too. I was waited on in a timely manner and had my wings withing 15 minutes of placing my order. I am in town on business and was happy to find a Buffalo Wild Wings nearby. Overall I couldnt of had a better experience!!!!!!

This place has got to be the SLOWEST ever. The restaurant was empty when we walked in for lunch yet it took an hour and a half to get our boneless wings. Then I saw that the three SMALL celery sticks were extra as was the sauce. I would not have minded paying extra for the ranch and celery if it had been a decent portion of either. As it was almost $10 for 12 wings? I’ll never return. Have no idea how it tasted as I wolfed it down so I could get back to work and hour late.

Giving two stars instead of one because the mango habenero boneless wings are consistently good. Service there has always been mediocre..:its mostly younger high school and college age kids who always look miserable. I ordered the garden crasher for take out twice and it has been inedible both times. Vegetables are brown and wilted and look like theyve been sitting on the counter all day. The wings are no longer worth my business.

Awesome food and an awesome environment. My fiancé and I stopped in for just a quick bite to eat the day that we got engaged to watch a bit of the Steelers game. When our amazing waitress, Sarah, found out that we were newly engaged, they comped our entire meal. It was so generous and appreciated and definitely made us loyal customers for life!! Gotta love an establishment that truly cares about its patrons!

My wife and I enjoy wings and beer. So this seemed like the place to go. After we were seated, apparently multiple large sporting events started, so the in-house televisions had their volumes turned way up. When we asked if it could be turned down or of we could be moved to a quieter area they didnt seem to sympathize at all and made excuses about the volume all over the restaurant.

Service is very slow and inattentive when dining in. Had to wait 20 minutes just to get the check. Ordering out, the wings were cooked to the consistency of beef jerky and had almost no seasoning. Took them back for a replacement, wings were tender but still had virtually no seasoning. Very very inconsistent dining experiences. They get your hopes up then take a **** on you.

Called to place a pickup order after being placed on hold for over 5 minutes it rang back thru..were I said I wanted to place a pickup order and was well were really busy and after 10 sec of dead air air I said I would take my business else where. I was then told ok sounds good cause were busy anyway!!! I love BWW, just moved here, Will never ever go to be cranberry one!!!
