We recently celebrated my wifes 40th birthday party on the second floor lounge and it was the perfect venue. The atmosphere, the staff, the food could not have been better. The owner, Colin, just asked me what I needed him to do, I told him everything I was imagining for the night and he just took care of it. I didnt have to worry about a thing. Everything went very smoothly. Very flexible and accommodating. The bartender was really friendly and well liked by everyone at the party. The other staff members were very efficient with keeping the food tables full and the keeping the lounge clean. I was very impressed and happy with the night. I would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking to host an event. Level 20 is very deserving of a 5 star rating!

Very clean, awesome setup, always has an event for holidays and delicious food! Great beer choices and the staff is very knowledgeable to help you choose the perfect beer, this is where I found my love for Hoegaarden paired with Guinness! Fish and chips were always my favorite! Flatbreads are a favorite pick too! The owners are friendly and treats their customers like family! If your looking for a place to have a party such as a graduation, anniversary, etc. this is the place to go! The upstairs is amazing! Ladies night is Wednesday and they always have something fun planned with great prices!

This is one of my go-to places in the South Hills - the food is awesome - the bartenders & servers go out of their way to make you feel wanted and the clientele is an eclectic group that produces a "Cheers" like atmosphere in the bar. The upstairs is great place for any type of party you want to host. And when they bring in the live entertainment its absolutely perfect. Ive watched this place evolve into a premier spot in the South.

Level 20 has gone through some growing pains since it opened, but I think it has found its stride. They have struck a nice balance of good, quality food, a good beer selection featuring Church Brew Works and good daily and game day specials. Its a great relaxed place to watch games with enough TVs and no distractions so you can focus on the game. Plus the upper lounge area is a nice place to see some live music

Clean, friendly atmosphere with great staff and owners. Downstairs bar and dining room is very inviting, plus there is pool and darts. Upstairs level has a stage for bands and is set up for banquets with its own private bar and restrooms. Very cool place, definitely recommend!

Outstanding food, with a rotating seasonal menu, and a great beer selection. This is the only place in the area with a complete set of Great Lakes beers on draft. If youre watching the Pens, Bucs or Steelers somewhere else (outside the stadium) you really should up your game.

Owner is rude. Bartenders suck! Food never had. Cops sit in lot across from bar and watch as you leave. Will not go back.
