I visited this location yesterday and numerous times in the past but was extremely displeased in the food I received. First, the people who came in long after me received their food before me. Second, I asked for fresh fries and was told each order of fries is made specifically for that order therefore all fries are fresh. Third, I asked for my order to be "to go" and was brought a tray nevertheless. When the employee realized thered been a mistake, he then went back to place everything in a bag and literally did just that. He didnt even wrap the food as a "to go" order, rather just placed it freely in the bag! By the time I got to the car, it was a mess. Last, but certainly not least, the burger was full of crunchy old beef pieces from the grill, and the fries were cold and very old. The fries tasted as if the oil theyd been cooked in was old as well. This is completely opposite of what Ive become accustomed to at this location, as well as Wyomissing/Reading but I will surely not be returning anytime soon.

Everytime Ive been here they have messed up my order. They remake it and still mess it up. They insist on not reading the slip, adding things I didnt order, omitting things that I did order, it literally is a mess! At one point, a manager named Barb, gave me an attitude because I complained that something was on my burger that I was allergic to. Barb said it was no big deal, well, it might not be for her, but for me its a matter of life and death! Why cant these people be a little more competent. And then all I get is an apology for my inconvenience. I pay too much for a burger to be given an attitude and wrong orders multiple times. This place has severely gone downhill!

This is our 2nd visit. The bad.....My husband and I ordered a 1 regular cheeseburger, 1 double cheeseburger. 1 small cheese fries, a small drink and a shake. $30.00!!!! Really? I asked why so much? Im eating already then compare our burgers..Come to realize they gave and charged us for 2 doubles. I returned the drink because everything was watered down. The manager checked it and he knows he was denying that it was watered down. He says "its full!" I stated "thats not the problem, the problem is that is full of water. " The shake had bitter strawberries. Come on people. Dont cheat people. The good.... the staff was great. Great service!

Possibly the least caring manager in the world. Cant believe this restaurant employs this person. Cashiers care more about the customers than he does. Placed an order for a burger @ 6 pm. After waiting 15to minutes, I went to the counter and was surprised to see my burger sitting there. Needless to say that when I tasted it, it was cold. When I brought it back to cashier, she apologized 2x and got the manager right away. When he came over, he didnt offer to replace the burger, just gave me my money back. He never apologized or offered to fix the problem. I was very disappointed in the quality or lack thereof of customer service.

WOW! Theres not enough I can say about how good the food is at E-Burger. Its only been open a short time but Ive been there at least once a week since. The service is excellent. The burgers are transcendental. The shakes are even delicious. They have a very efficient and cheerful staff. Their ordering process is particularly effective. Ive been there when it was practically empty and in the middle of a bumping Friday night and was served equally well both times. Its not cheap but its the best burger Ive had in a long, long time.

This place has some awesome burgers! You can instantly tell that they use higher quality ingredients. They also have multiple veggie burgers and as a vegetarian that is very nice. Elevation Burger is also environmentally friendly, so there is really not much to dislike. The service was also very good at this location and the prices are comparable to traditional fast food; in my opinion its a no brainer!

I thought the fries were a bit too thin, but they tasted good and were super hot and fresh. The burger was one of the best burgers I have ever had. It was hot, juicy, flavorful, and the cheese was fantastic. I plan to go back and get a bigger burger next time! The service was also excellent, and there is a punch card where your 7th or 8th burger is free. Highly recommend!

IT IS NOT HEALTHY !!! You cant take good organic grass fed meat and load it with crap on top of it, and call it healthy if your going to try to be organic everything has to be organic including the condiments and toppings (veggies). also the ice cream is conventional so is loaded with hormones and antibiotics. THIS IS JUST A VERY EXPENSIVE MC Donalds.

Ill give it 3 stars. Fries were solid. Crispy and thin. Prices are so-so. BUT a $4.25 hot dog WOW. Not even close to being worth it. They split it open, no char, not crispy. BK is a better value for the same product. The place is clean and the grill well maintained. Oh, by the way, burger is slightly above average. Potato bun!!!!

Always get fresh, hot, tasty food. I still cant understand why the cashier , and I mean every cashier for 3 years, has to ask me 3 times, is that for here or to go. "This is for here, I want blah blah blah" Is that for here or to go? Thats for here. Can I get a name? Yes. Is that for here or to go?

I had the BBQ Bacon & Cheddar burger ( hold the bbq) and fries, with unsweetened iced tea. Food was just delicious, perhaps a step above Five Guys. Service was swift and courteous, dont expect to hold a conversation if you pick a table near the "cow chute" at lunchtime! :)

Burgers and fries are of good quality. In my opinion, the hamburgers are very reminiscent of Jakes wayback/5 guys. The food is very good, but unless youre really conscious of eating organic/grass fed beef - the only thing elevated will be the prices.

They do a spot on job w/ their milkshakes, there well blended and any additions such as Oreo or Malt are properly added and accounted for, in fact Im going there tonight just to order another one.

The food is very delicious and the frying with olive oil is unique and a great healthy option. The toppings for the burgers and nice. The restaurant is clean and the service is nice.

Love the burgers and fries here; especially since the fries are shoestring fries. Would like to see a location in King of Prussia. I just miss the Cinnamon Orange iced tea.

Love that they serve grass-fed organic beef with no antibiotics or hormones. You can even get a gluten-free bun, or no bun at all with a lettuce wrap!

Elevation Burger was very good. Service was good, food quality was good, and it was very clean. Try the milkshakes...they are great.

The customer service as well as the food was great. My burger was a little greasy but delicious. I will go again if Im in the area.
