Waited a long time in the drive through. After I ordered the guy who ordered before me had to get out of his car and comeback up to the drive through window and explain they forgot his fries. We waited and they finally gave him his fries out the window as we waited. The car in back of us was beeping the horn. We finally get our order and drive to my sons house. Guess what? My extra large fries was only 3/4. Full. I called Checkers and the phone sounds like a fax machine. I ordered extra large for a reason. I suspect they gave that other guy my fries.

Ive been coming to this Checkers for a while now food always fresh customer service is on point so when I read other reviews that makes stories about this Checkers with me and my kids you that I know thats false its most likely a person that wanted something free or just miserable with their life other than that me and my children will still eat from this checkers youre doing a great job keep up the good work

Worst checkers ever! Customer service at an all time low. Order was wrong 3 times. They were rude and disrespectful and then Jordan had the nerve to drop my change on the ground and get smart. They forgot my drinks..I just got my money back and remained hungry. My family will never go back there.

This is the worst checkers! I got the wrong order after waiting a long time already then they was going to make me wait for my food to get done , i asked for a return the manager attitude sucked! & she gave me wrong chance customer service all along sucks .

I ordered the four for $4 so they didnt have any funnel cake so they said that they would give me a milkshake the milkshake was watering the food tasted old I would never go there again
