I am not a big fan of any fast food place and will usually not give any more than a four star rating to any of them however if I do go to a fast food establishment and have a chance to chose where to go and if cost were not a factor at all, any Chick-fil-A would be my choice of places to eat. Since I needed to go to Lowes at lunch time I decided to go ahead and buy something for lunch since with it being so disgustingly hot I was really in the mood for one of their frozen drinks either a shake or smoothie or whatever. When I went in the place was packed but to my good fortune it moved quickly and I was able to put my order in in a short time. The young ladies behind the counter did not look like your normal grumpy could care less type fast food employees who just wanted to go on break but seemed sincerely concerned with how your day was going and had a real air about them that they wanted to help. All involved gave excellent service at lunch time when they were extremely busy and before long I had my meal and was on my way back to the rest of the day at work. As for my frozen beverage I decided on the Frosty Lemonade which was a good choice as it really hit the spot and was a good choice to help keep hydrated.

This had always been our go-to fast food restaurant after giving up others due to their offensively ghetto employees (politically-incorrect or not, you know exactly what I mean), and resultant poor service and food quality. Unfortunately, this particular location of Chick-Fil-A seems to have recently adopted a similar hiring strategy, with results to match. Food quality has taken a nosedive, and orders have begun to be missing various items. Our last order from a few weeks ago was missing 2 of the 4 chicken sandwiches that we had ordered. Upon arriving home with hungry kids and realizing the mistake, we called to complain, and were asked to provide our address so that we could be compensated. To this date, we have received absolutely nothing. We went back again today, and when asked for our condiment preference, specifically asked for extra mayonnaise. Instead, we were provided with SEVEN packets of honey mustard sauce, but no mayonnaise. One of the chicken sandwiches was so burnt that it was inedible. I hope this locations management will take comments like these into consideration and modify their hiring strategies accordingly.

Great place to bring the kids to eat...staff is friendly and always offer to go above and beyond what youd expect from a typical fast food restaurant. I normally go between the hours of 5pm and 8pm; the kids are done school at that time, so my son rarely finds himself without another kid to play with in their indoor playground (which includes an elevated tunnel system leading to a slide). Another great quality about Chik-Fil-A is cleanliness - which is especially important when those snot-nosed lil brats are speeding their germs all over the place. Im guessing this was a huge factor in Chik-Fil-As employment of floor personnel whose sole purpose is to clean up after guests. Anyway, they got good-ass chicken up in there too!

Any mistakes Ive encountered with orders (which were far and few) were quickly resolved because everyone is human and makes mistakes, and I treat the employees kindly so I get treated kindly in return...

This place is always super busy. We park over near Lowes and walk over because their parking lot is always jammed. I love their food. The staff is always pleasant and there is always someone coming around to your tables to check on you. Joe was this person and he was terrific. Thank you Chick.fil.A!

This is a TOP QUALITY eat I or take out!! If there ever happens to be a problem with the food for any reason they are always very POLITE AND HELPFUL AS E WELL AS MAKING YOUR MEAL 110% RIGHT!! I am happy there is such a great food place in this area where you can choose for yourself healthy alternatives!

The food was great. Their drive thru machine was down, so they were at the speakers taking orders on their tablets! Thank goodness it wasnt raining! The customers in line were very generous and knew exactly how to drive in this situation of confusion, especially one woman in a Mitsubishi!

I like all the Chick-fil-A that I go too Audubon, Deptford, and Mantua. Chick-fil-A always has the nicest employees. Employees and the store are always very clean. Chick-fil-A has the best fast food. I go to Mantua most of the time because they have senior coffee

The food is often cold but the manager is nice he refunded our money after we were given the wrong sandwich and I wish they wouldnt give out that wheat bun... its terrible and not everyone can tolerate whole wheat thats all

I went threw the drive thru they forgot to give 2 items I called talked to Destiny she asked to come back they refunded my money for those items and then gave them for free thank you Destiny I really appreciate that

You do realise that this is a brand new restaurant right? that means all new emloyees with little to no experience. give the store some time and there skills will pick up and there performance will begin to improve.
