This location used to be better. Good prices, food quality is usually good, but service has declined and restaurant cleanliness has also declined. I once waited 8 minutes to pick up an online order that was just sitting there one day. Many of the staff are rude or not attentive, not amiable (ever). Cleanliness is hit or miss, some days they seem to pull it together. One time my buddy drove out to have lunch and had to wait 20 minutes to get his food after we already had ours (and half finished it while waiting) because they ran out of something. Overall this place is hit or miss, but never a full hit. Ill just go to one of the other taco places nearby for now on, kind of sick of this dreary atmosphere. Or the Chipotle at Gateway perhaps.

After a long wait on line I asked if I could have a queserito and the woman taking my order straight up told me no another time I tried to get food from there I wanted a chicken burrito the man taking my order said they were out of chicken so I was like fine Ill settle for steak then i asked for brown rice black beans. Following that I asked for cheese and guac and they said they were out of both of them. I then asked how do you guys run out of all this stuff and the worker replied with an attitude the same way you run out of food at home

Not the greatest Chipotle Ive ever been to, but its still decent. If youre ordering a regular burrito, ask for it to be double-wrapped. The employees there are nice and helpful enough, but they dont always roll the burritos in a way that prevents them from falling apart. Since Chipotle had that E. coli scare, there hasnt been a huge line there at lunch time in a while. But it probably wont be long before this location is packed with high school kids again, so enjoy the peace while it lasts!

Im definitely a Chipotle fan. This ones pretty good. At peak times, lines are about 5 minutes long (which is actually pretty good, compared to other locations). The servers are usually courteous and quick, but sometimes they have trouble wrapping burritos. This Chipotle is conveniently located on Lancaster Ave. The shopping center has other cuisine options, which is good for groups with differing tastes.

Its never a fun experience at a restaurant when you see that you get served the "bottom" of the bins. It felt like we were getting the scraps of what had been sitting all day in the pans, instead of getting nice, fresh food. The tables were dirty, and the overall feel of the restaurant is dark and dingy. This is not the same quality of other Chipotle establishments. Look elsewhere for your burrito fix.

Chipotle is a wonderful place. The moment I stepped into the store, I received a call from Harvard University telling me that they had accepted me. The next moment, I grew two inches and became nominated for a Nobel prize. All in all, Chipotle is magical. If youre down your luck, check out a burrito from Chipotle. And dont forget the guacamole.

When I come here at night they arent always out of the things I want ! No other chipotle has been as bad as this one in keeping inventory up ! Its not just one thing its a few different things they are out of !! And theyre rude !! No wonder they had a marijuana arrest there last month !! Change the employees and management

Of reasonable quality, service level was average. What I dislike is that there is a someone sweeping the floor (with a broom) while I was having my meal. The dust could have flew up and contaminated the food. I would suggest they use some other tool to do their regular sweeping.

Service is ok most of the time it feels like they all started a week ago. They barely have chipotle sauce ready. I like lots of veggies and they dont have them ready a lot of the times. Me and a co worker go once a week on average.

Had the chicken bowl with Lettuce, pico, shredded cheese, white rice and black beans. Accompanied with chips and guac with lemonade. Threw it all up and still feel sick hours later. Im never eating here again.

Ever since the nationwide Chipotle scare this place has been 1/10 as busy, even with Villanova and Eastern students near by. I go once a week and never get sick. Servers are always friendly.

Guacamole is not served fresh. Freshly cooked meats and guacamole are added to existing trays that have been sitting out for several hours. Guacamoles natural color is not GRAY
