You should already know what you are getting when you go to a fast food restaurant. This is Burger King, after all. Does anyone not know their menu? The place is conveniently located, the staff has usually been quite polite and efficient. No complaints. The restaurant itself smells slightly of disinfectant and stale water as you walk in, but it is generally clean. Behind the counter, I did see one worker drop a log of cheese on the floor, cut off the end, and continue to use it. That upset me for obvious food hygiene reasons. This is the only BK I go to, and I do go here every once in a while despite my qualms because of its convenience and service. But theres really no other reason to go here.

I got a burger and after my second bite I noticed it was still pink (raw ewww) before I got to the counter my stomach was already turning. I gave it to the cashier while the manager had his back to me. The cashiers approach him and he stated I dont know, did you ask him if he wanted a new one. The cashiers came back to me and asked. I said no way give me chicken. Im very disappointed for customer service did not even stressed concern over the raw meat that could be sold to other customers. Check your sandwich before purchase.

The food is usually good. Its the service thats been horrible. I was there this past week and the girl at the window threw my bag of food at me and slammed the window closed. She was pleasant when I first drove up so I dont know what crawled up her butt, but its unacceptable. Then my son went the other night and the manager shewed him away saying they were closed. It was 12:15 am. They close at 1. Same with the car behind him. So Wendys received our business.

The people are friendly, some are quite young but they actually have manners. The place is large to eat in, but has a very fast drive thru when it isnt peak hours as most places are similarly busy then. Loses a star for how they will rush you to order in drive thru and often dont use the first window to pay, or do and then seem upset when you pass because no one is attending. Small gripes are all I have here. Otherwise great place from a locals perspective.

Had to state my order multiple times. It was not complicated. Wouldnt take my coupon. Then the total he charged me was drastically different from the screen total (said 15 but was charged 8 something). No receipt and complaint line wont take info with a receipt number. Pie missing from the bag and instead of two medium onion rings, there was one fry and one onion ring.

The person taking the order would cut you off whenever you tried to speak, and only placed half of our order. The cashier was nice enough to fix the order, but the girl at the pick-up window wasnt told about the fix. After finally getting our food, we realized they forgot to give us the sauces we ordered and they also forgot to give us straws for our drinks.

Hasnt been the same since they switched from from flame broiler to flame grilled / microwaved on demand. Still good for a late night dinner. I love their classic chicken sandwich with cheese and their limited time items like cheesy tots and mac-n-cheetos. Also their marketing department is doing an excellent job with the commercial.

Me and my kids got sick from last nights drive thru dinner from them. Me a nursing mom to a 1month was with a violate case of the runs and stomach pain all day long. Children vomited until it was nothing left and ran to yhe bathroom all day too. They will here about this once Im well again.

I really wanted to give this location 5 stars because it is usually one of the best in the entire region, but today the store was messy with sticky floors and uncleaned tables. The service is fast and friendly and the food is consistently good and hot.

This is one of the nicest fast food places I have ever been to. They have an enclosed play area that is very large. They also have kids birthday parties here. The indoor play area is really nice.
