This place seems great - they have a glass display case with delicious-looking, upscale food that they heat up on demand. The service, however, is pretty bad. They were nice enough, but SLOW. It took us 25 minutes to get out of here with takeout - and all they had to do was heat it up. We stood by and watched while they waited to start heating it, slowly heated it, and then left it sit on the counter for 5 minutes until we went up and specifically asked for it. Plus, the area is fairly cramped, and we were constantly dodging people while we stood by and waited. The food was also hit-and-miss. The breaded mac and cheese was excellent - very good. The turkey meatloaf just tasted weird, though. The rice crispy treat was absolutely awful - it was so mushy, buttery and oily that I ended up just throwing it away. I cant fathom how they thought that anyone would like that thing. To top everything off, the food is fairly expensive. Im fine with a place being expensive, slow, or having hit-and-miss food, but certainly not all three. I wont be going back there. Update: I forgot to mention, it wasnt my first time there. Last time I got a pre-wrapped takeout sandwhich. The bread was stale, hard, and crumbly, and the lettuce wasnt in good shape either.

Ive live in Wilmington and this is seriously one of the best places to hang out in town. The food is great and the coffee is excellent. I dont understand any of the negative comments about the service because Ive never had a single issue in the dozens of times that Ive been there. Id recommend this place to everyone.

Presto is a little pricey but are there any coffee shops that arent? I love this place and frequent it often...the frozen drinks are phenemonal. Quiche and fruit salad are fresh and delish. Besides the desserts are quite fresh and good. Harvest cookies are delicious.

Never been to Presto, but they deserve 5 stars for having had to deal with JN. Christa is correct - look at JNs reviews. He should just stay home and keep away from the world.
