I remember when this store first opened, it was a nightmare! every single cashier had their service light blinking, the customer service desk were clueless about returns and kept bumping us all over to do a return. The damn manager was doing gawd knows what in his/her office and never bothered to come out to get everything under control. 1) Their stock is NEVER up to date, even if you search for it on their website and still says in stock and you go and its not there. 2) I had so many rude encounters there like as soon as I had all my items on the counter, a cashier said shes leaving and flicked the light off. RUDE! another time for Christmas 2007, the greeter started to yell loud for me to see my receipt for items that werent in bags. She did it very, very rudely. I gave a look to my fiancee and another worker seen that and had the nerve to tell me that they have to do that. Well, you didnt have to get half the stores attention doing it!! 3) Items are NEVER in stock. You go back a week later and the shelf is still bare. B) When you ask for someone to see if an item is in stock in the back, you wait 30 mins for some lazy worker to come and tell you they dont have any left, which you know is crock. 4) When you call customer service and they direct you to a department that when someone is supposed to be there and it rings and rings and you have to go to Walmart and figure it out yourself, and they use the talkie to see whats going on and on the other end some cranky old bat answers in a abrupt, quick way to say no its not here or something like that. Pick up the phone next time! 5) You can never find anyone in most departments to help you, if you ask someone thats in that dept, they dont even try to pretend to care, just give you a flat look like your bothering them. I dont even bother going back to this store anymore. Save your time and go somewhere else! A lot of people there are incompetent, rude, and dont care.

I shop at the Super Wal-Mart in Bechtelsville all the time. It is my main grocery store. I go there because you cant beat the prices. But I am so annoyed because this Wal-Mart has a serious problem with their carts. I would say most of them make a clunk clunk clunking noise when you push them. Every week I go there, I pull out a cart and start to push it, and it starts clunking. I try two or three in a row that all do the same thing. When Im shopping, I hear other shoppers with their carts making that loud noise too. It is embarrassing to walk around with a cart making such a noise, and trying out two to three carts looking for one that doesnt make that sound. This has been going on there for years. I even told one of the men at the front door that "this cart is bad" and I thought he would make sure it didnt get put in with all the others again, but he put it right back in with the others. I am so annoyed that I wish I could justify shopping at a more expensive grocery store.

Found good deals & food specialties not found in other supermarkets. Was there late in the evening & staff was very helpful!
