You better think twice if you are planning to order any products from these folks as the customer service is horrible . Ordered for a birthday gift way in advance and 6 days after the delivery date still no cake but lots of excuses and promises but to no avail My next approach is to request refund which Im sure they wont be able to handle either but I do have the credit card co to fall back on. Other co. offer same type cakes just didnt get first dibs on the actual name .Thats my advice as it cant be any worse experience that what I had . Guaranteed ! Julie

I was unhappy with my first, and last order over one year ago but had not been able to speak with customer service at the time due to "phone tag". Therefore I called for guidance with this new order, shared my experience, and was quickly offered a replacement cake or refund, learning that my satisfaction with the product was "unconditionally guaranteed". I received a fresh cake the very next day and am extremely pleased. Thank you very much Mr. Murphy for your outstanding customer service. The cake is delicious and I will be a returning customer.

Never order a cake online from these guys. I asked for it to be delivered two days in advance of a party with the guarantee it would arrive on time. Two days later the cake still hasnt arrived. I called and emailed and was told there was nothing that could be done. No rush shipping, no discount, nothing. The cake takes two full days to thaw so if it ever arrives I guess my mothers going to have a cake shaped ice sculpture for her birthday.

The best cakes I ever had!! I LOVE them. I served them at my daughters wedding reception as a dessert. I sent and will send them for Christmas and birthday celebrations to my very important people. Their service, business have been excellent, really accurate and kind. Although I wish the shipping cost lower, it is worthwhile to spend money for the highest quality and the trustable service.
