Normally I dont post reviews because I dont typically receive such horrible service, but last night was the final straw for this RR. we had been seated for awhile so we knew what we wanted and stated that to the server. She took the drink orders and then walked away telling us she would be be back for food orders. She comes back 15 minutes later, after we had got half our drink order delivered (from bartender because she never came to get them) and the bartender asked my friend if he wanted something too, since she only put in my drink. Bartender rushed that over to us. It took over 45 minutes to get our food, never once checked on us. Manager brings food and we notice that yet again she again forgot to enter part of our order. We asked again for it and she said sure just a sec. Never came back. Had the manager not walked up to the table when he had with the food I would have walked out, I should have walked out. He didnt even say a word, set food down and left. The server had 4 tables total, she was pissing all of them off. Forgetting things, disappearing for an eternity. I love RR and this one is close to where I live, but Im done. I am a good tipper, probably too good of a tipper but I know they have a tough job but for the first time ever I left zero, I was so angry, I didnt even eat my food. Ill drive to Sherwood, or Salem like the other review mentioned before I come back here.

A friend and I came this past Friday night. We were actually pretty surprised how quickly we were seated since it was pretty busy. However, the fun stopped there. Now, as I said, it was busy, so I understand that it takes an extra minute for our waiter to get to us, telling us "Im so sorry, Ill be right with you in just a moment." I totally get it. When he finally came to take our order, the family next to us got his attention, and then our waiter told us "Im so sorry, Ill be right back" and then serviced the family next to us. He took our drink order, our food order, and that went fine. The waitress that brought our appetizers was less than impressive. My friend had asked if she could bring over another side of ranch since he originally asked for two sides of ranch. She said sure, she went, came back, and literally just plopped the side of ranch on the table, and sped off. The small cup was barely filled half-way. At that point, we were ready to just eat, pay, and go. My friend attempted to pay the check using the table-side tablets, and he struggled with it as it kept on not accepting his payment. I saw our waiter watch my friend try to pay on tablet three or four times, but said nothing, did nothing, and just walked by. It wasnt until my friend paged the waiter that our waiter told us that the tablet was broken. Less than impressed this time around.

Weve been patronizing RR for more than 20 years. As with most places there are good experiences and off days. Over the pay several visits there have been more and more disappointing experiences. In our most recent visit we came at a relatively unbusy time. We were the only people in the lobby for a few minutes, but the two hosts ignored us for a couple of minutes in order to finish their social chat. Finally they finished and the only words she said were "how many?", "name?", & "itll be a little bit" before turning and walking away. No smile or greeting and almost rude. Then we were shown to our seats. The waitress was nice enough but was not paying very good attention and messed up a couple of things on our order. She checked on us way too infrequently, and later she took my drink glass away without asking, and didnt return it or a refill. Kind of odd. The food isnt bad, but it isnt great either. For the same cost I think I can get better food and more consistent service elsewhere. Oh, and the fries were pretty bad this time.

We used to go to this Red Robin once a week and could expect good, quick service and reliably good food. But the "new" Red Robin is seriously lacking. It didnt appear very busy but it was quite a while before our drink orders were taken, the server seemed to be in a big hurry, the drinks took longer than usual and the mediocre extra greasy, not very warm burgers seemed to take nearly twice as long as usual to be delivered to our table on suspiciously dirty plates and flatware. The boneless wing appetizers were dry, I suspect they were frozen, with very little, not-so-hot "buffalo" sauce. Ive never left Red Robin disappointed before today. Are you listening Red Robin? The changes dont work if the food and service are lacking.

Ive always enjoyed Red Robin, but this location in particular is very good. The staff are professional, quick, and experienced. Theyre pretty funny, too! They also arent as busy during the day as some locations which is a definite plus. If youve never been to Red Robin, they have designer hamburgers -- ones that youd never think of making. My personal favourite is the Banzai Burger which comes with pineapple and teriyaki sauce on it. Sound kind of strange? I thought so, too, at first. I was brave, though, and its incredible. They also have bottomless steak fries! Id totally recommend not only this restaurant, but this particular location. Its absolutely wonderful!!

Stunningly mediocre. Not as bad as a Sharis. The chili was like a bowl of greasy ground beef, almost nothing else in it. Wheres the beans! Wheres the tomato sauce? Cobb salad--chicken was mushy. How can chicken be mushy? Like it came out of a can. Olive slices tasted low-grade. Dont get the Supreme margareta unless you like it made with a too-sweet corn-syrupy mix and not real ingredients. Bartender suggested another shot to dilute the sweetness, ended up paying over 10 bucks for a bad drink. Oh, almost forgot, the muzac was screechy annoying pop music.

I normally love Red Robins; the friendly service and good food always brings me back. However today was by far the worst experience Ive had. The waitress we had wouldnt listen to our orders, kept ignoring us, and refused to answer simple questions such as "Can I please get more fries?" Plus, what an excuse the manager gave by saying "We are out of fries", however we saw more orders go out that had fries. I still love Red Robins, but I think now Ill make the extra effort to go to Salems location instead.

It was horrible the place was so busy and they only had one bar tender. The food they gave me came out on a dirty plate the burger was not cooked right it was well done not med no pink at all. i was starving so I ate it and the bun was so soggy I had to eat it with a fork the sauce was running down one side the fries were cold and there was no liner in the the fire cup they gave me which Ive worked at a restaurant before and no they dont wash those things. It was gross .

Worst Service Ever! Surprisingly over-staffed. Lots of idle able-bodied hands. Very disappointing. Not at all busy, not even a full bar! Food was as expected BUT took forever and a day. "Bottom-less" my ass! I never got a refill on my fries, even after I asked twice!! Had to walk up to a random server to request them. Ridiculous. I would never recommend this experience to anyone, regardless of how bad you want a decent burger. Ugh.
