Ordered 3 icecreams, 2 like it sized and one kids sized (its a bit smaller than a like it)...they crammed a like it size in a kids size so all the way home icecream melted all over our car and they KNEW I was taking it to-go since they put lids on them (which werent actually on!) and put all 3 in a bag for easier carrying. In the car I double checked the lid and realized the size issue and the fact the lid wouldnt stay because of the size issue, they were too busy for me to go in and feel heard about this issue. Very disappointed.

Hours online and by phone not reflecting actual hours. No way of knowing until showing up, as if updating even their phone message is too much trouble for them. What rotten customer service! Worse yet their miserable website lets you order for a pick-up time which is impossible because theyre not actually open. They obviously dont care about peoples time or respect their customers. Clearly poor management or ownership. Their workers always seem short staffed and so the people in charge just do their job terribly!!!!!

Cold stone has a terrible policy that their e-mail coupons must be printed out. In a digital era when we all receive them on our cell phones this policy is outdated & disappointing. I had a buy one get one free coupon, so I splurged on mix ins. When my coupon was not honored I ended up spending $12 on 2 ice creams. I will not be returning.

Ive stopped tipping because they always sing some chant. I tip for the quality of service, not to hear you sing. If i do tip i usually sneak it in there or tell them not to sing. ALSO I didnt like seeing some old woman there talk down to other coworkers. She should be written up or fired.

Very good ice cream. Price is on the high side but its good ice cream. Friendly staff and easy to access location. There are several restaurants nearby also, so its a great place to come for dessert after having dinner with the family.

Love the ice cream. Had a gift card from a couple years ago. It took quite a few attempts before someone could make it work. Im glad it did because I didnt have any other way to pay for the ice cream at the time.

They consistently do not fill the cup up even to the rim of the cup. Besides that its a regular cold stone. But they rip you off and the employees do not seem to want to be there.
