I went here with a friend after class for some drinks since the school assembly wasnt mandatory. When we got there, the employee asked us if we had off-campus passes. We told her we didnt. Then she told us, "Ill let it go this time, but youll need an off-campus pass next time." While making our drinks, she was complaining to another employee, saying, "What are these high schoolers doing here? They dont belong here!" When she gave us our drinks, they were watery. If you want good quality drinks and friendly employees, try the one at Albertsons (or the one across the street from Albertsons).

Ever since Starbucks got new employees the service got worse. The coffee tastes burnt and is over priced as always, which is a minor issue. Then theres an issue with some of the employees. They dont acknowledge the customers when theres a problem. I dont know if theyre high schoolers who dont care about their job. But, they should at least know what good customer service is. The others are much nicer to everyone and use good customer service to have customers come back.
