Waited in line for over 1/2 an hour...ordered our drinks during the wait. She read them all back correctly. 3 freezes (various flavors) and an iced tea. Nothing to difficult. Watched them try to give two of our drinks to the car ahead of us. Finally get our drinks and pay. Noticed our drinks were lighter than normal both in weight and color. Half way home you could see the liquid inside seperating. They made us frosts as in NO COFFEE! So dissapointed in our drinks I will not be back. (This is not the first time for mess ups at this location) I will spend the extra gas, time and money at a location that always gets it right, the NE Columbia location in Portland.

This has to be by far the best coffee house Ive been to. Dutch Bros is pretty consistent at all locations. From Washington to Colorado. Staff is always super friendly, eager to please and make one helluva coffee! Try the Bob Marley, which is not on the menu. Its a coconut dream. Dont want coffee? Try a hot chai tea add almond flavor...YUMM yumm! Too hot out, get the chai tee blended with whip! Its super refreshing! Want an energy drink instead, get the blended James Dean which has a Rebel energy drink mixed in! I cant tell you what your missing, but you have to stop and try a drink!!

Dutch Bros is the only drive-through establishment I know of that serves such consistent high quality coffee, teas, and ALTERNATIVE milks! (almond, coconut, soy). Not a big coffee drinker but I did inquire about what kind of tea they use-- they use Harvey & Sons for their hot and iced teas and Oregon Chai. They have FANTASTIC customer service, even when theyre super busy. The guys in there always look like theyre having a ball. The drinks are generally too sweet for me-- Id order at 1/4th sweetness or half.

Talk about a missed opportunity to convert a Black Rock drinker to become a Dutch Bros mafia! I explained why I preferred black rock and this girl at the window told me how funny it was that I liked their flavors more and tried to make me feel like an idiot for liking black rock! Wow, how about letting me know how you could make me a drink better than black rock!!! Bring me over in a positive way!!! I did come to you guys for smoothies but now Ill have to rethink that...

After a few visits they knew "my usual" and remembered my name, which is great to see these days. The staff are very friendly, staying at the window and talking while someone else makes my drink perfectly and the same way every time. Its nice that my coffee/tea/rebel all taste the same no matter who makes it here lots coffee places its hit or miss, but not here!

Great customer service. The line does get a bit long, but that is because this is one of the best Dutch Bros in Vancouver. I rarely have any issues, but when I have it has been taken care of right away. Love that they have Irish Cream (Kicker). Its my favourite! I used to be a Starbucks fan, but not anymore. Go Dutch go!

I ordered and electric berry green tea, and there was no blue razz in it. The drink is supposed to be teal, and it came out green. my bf ordered the carmelizer picture perfect, and when he got it there was literally NO CARMEL - like at all. They must have left it out entirely. Pretty dissapointing.

They are always up beat and on Sunday early morning the 17th of July they gave someone free coffees for us due to my son attempted suicide and we were sitting in the hospital with him. Thank you so so very much it meant a lot to me that you would do that. Wrong one wont let me delete.

I absolutely love dutch bros! Such great service every time I come and have been going since I found out they opened one near me! I got my friends hooked on my favorite drink too, its called an oil spill which is red raspberry and blue raspberry.

Wait forever for just two drinks and my drink aded up being $5 and mostly filled with ice. I will most likely not be coming back just cuz I had to walk an hour just to see if this was even worth it. Obviously will be taking my business elsewhere

Constantly friendly service. Sometimes the wait is a bit long. Consistent coffee and prices. Offer a 50 cent discount if you have your own thermos or cup. One of the only shops that have white coffee. Delicious!

Very fast and convenient. They do offer punch cards and can handle specific requests quite well. Unlike most coffee establishments, they hit the right temp. Being said, the quality is fairly low grade.

Horrible customer service. You pay $7 for a large drink and they fill it 2 inches below the actual cup size. Never fill to the actual top. Complete rip off.
