If I could rate 0 out of 5 stars, I would!! My aunt and I ordered $50 worth of food from Pizza Hut last Sunday because we had friends coming over around 8:00pm. We got our delivery around 8:45. As I was getting everything ready, I realized we were missing an order of breadsticks. I called then to inform them, and the girl that answered apologized for the mixup and said there would be more breadsticks delivered, plus an extra order for the inconvenience. That seemed like a solved problem to me, so I went back to visiting with friends, then realize around 11:15pm that no one has dropped off or breadsticks. They close at 11:00pm, but I decided to call anyways to try and maybe catch the closing manager. I dont know if the girl answered was a manager, and I didnt catch her name (she probably does this on purpose) but I had just explained to her what happened in a calm manner even though I was irritated that Id been left hanging for over 2 hours. She proceeded to tell me that I was lying about my issue because SHE bagged my order, implying that she is above error. I dont take too kindly to being called a liar, especially when out of a $50 order, all I said that was missing was one $4 order of breadsticks. There were 3 orders of breadsticks that came with our specific order and we only received 2. She got very catty, and then when I explained what another girl had told me about the breadsticks with the extra additional order being delivered, she just chalked it up to the girl being new and that she told her she couldnt do that. Mind you, this whole time she never thought it appropriate to call me back so I wasnt waiting on someone to deliver me something I was told was being delivered. Whoever this girl is, she is very nasty, unapologetic, and I hope she gets fired! DO NOT go to the Longview Pizza Hut! I am glad I dont live there anymore. The Pizza Hut in Oregon City is VERY customer service oriented. Longview Pizza Hut could stand to take some lessons.

Me-an hour away working, orders pizza for his pregnant wife with a 2 year old who is hungry pizza guy arrives and refuses to give her the pizza cuz she doesnt have the card(to prevent theft) so I call and they say its too make sure the order is going where it is supposed to go and prevent theft ask about ID they say cant do it they dont check ID..... so if they dont check ID and instead just check the card how does that prevent theft? Also dont waste time ordering here for someone you know and Is hungry they would rather let a pregnant lady and two year old starve then bend the rules and cross reference the last name on the card from receipt and an ID also I put very specific directions to my apartment door so no way they thought it was the wrong place they are just heartless.

order pizza. for 27$ drivers recipat 20$ called informed them and ran it for both. then i didnt get right the right pizza the first order.. got a credit for the wrong order..but when i found out they bubbled charged me they gave me around of about time and said it would take over a week to get the replacement. or credits ....and when i called the manger was very short with me like i was the one that messed up.. i didnt want cash back just pizza that i bloody paid for..

Horrible customer service. So rude. Make sure you bring an ID if you pay with a card . Or else they wont sell it to you . My order was 15 dollars.. i didnt havd my ID on me so i had to go to an atm then come back. The pizza was completely cold when i got back. Ridiculous. i work in fast food and we ID if the order is over 25.

They took my order wrong then tried to say it was our fault . Then wouldnt even fix theyre mixup . Hung up on me and the threatened to call the cops . To top it off they flipped me off and lied to the police . Never order from these Walmart rejects . Joe the manager and Danielle rahier are idiots .

I tried to order pizza and they refused to deliver 8 minutes away. When the delivery driver was asked if they deliver I could hear him so rudely answer nope when I said they use to he yells well we just changed our routes. I will not be ordering from them EVER!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I called in an order for carry out, a half & half when my husband brought it home it was a whole 2 topping pizza, cold & flat! The garlic knots I ordered were cooked too long so all the cheese was cooked out of them & those were cold also! This is the last time I order from pizza hut...

I do not recommend pizza Hut here in Longview to anyone these guys will mess up your order then tell you go screw your self there pizza is to expense the workers are rude I will never eat pizza Hut here again and I will be calling corporate about this store something needs to be done

I tried to order a pizza for delivery. Unfortunately the manager on duty on May 20, 2016 very rudely informed me they dont deliver in city limits 3 miles away from their establishment. When I requested corporates number, I was hung up on. I dont recommend this location to anyone.

Ordered 16 piece boneless wings in the hot buffalo sauce. Boyfriend got home and we went to eat but NO sauce. Not even a drop of sauce on the wings. So disappointing! Looks like we will be going elsewhere from now on.

Hot food! Decent pizza. The 50% off pizza deal allowed us to get three pizzas, breadsticks and a Pepsi for $22! Cant go wrong with that price. Service was good although they forgot to put our breadsticks down!
