ordered for delivery. took over an hour and the driver tried to leave before I could check the pizza. I opened the box and the pizza was folded in half like the driver took a turn too fast. toppings all over the box. I ran and got the driver before she could leave and pointed it out and she said oh thats crazy. she offered to bring me another one but she had to leave this one here until she got back with my other one and she would take the folded one. I didnt want to wait another hour so I ate it, it was cold. when I spoke to the manager she told me that I could have half off on my next order. when I tried to use the half off a couple of months later the manager actually hung up on me claiming I was rude because I was trying to be clear so that they didnt mess it up this time. never eating here again

I downloaded the app while at work trying to get food for lunch and it wouldnt let me order. I called the store which is only a few miles from me and was told they do not deliver to my location. Mind you, im stuck at work and cannot leave. When i made mention that it was only a few miles away and that seemed ridiculous, the person on the other end of the phone said " well we are the only pizza hut for redding and we cant handle the whole city. " bad customer service. theyll deliver further away than where i am currently even though im closer to the store. Dont list yourself as delivery unless you can deliver. Thanks for nothing.

After trying with this specific Pizza Hut multiple times, Ive gleaned that the staff here are actually nearly incompetent-to the point I am surprised they know when their shift starts. The service was terrible and the cashier unhelpful and rude(more than once). Today, the last time Ill ever be showing up at this restaurant by my own choice, I called in an order roughly 20 minutes before I planned to pick it up and had actually great service from a nice man. I show up with money in hand to pick up my order and find that it was never actually placed. 1/5 stars.

Avoid this place like the plague!! Ordered take out pizza online, it was 50% off. No brainier!! Havent had pizza hut in years, decided to try it again. After getting our pizza we decided to eat a few slices of it at a table. Overheard one guy telling the other that he shouldnt have let us sit down to eat, since we ordered takeout!!! Pizza was not good at all!! Never going to this place again, or Pizza Hut for that matter of fact!! Avoid this place!

I work at a pizza place and seeing what they gave me absolutely disgusted me. I ordered a Sausage and Mushroom pizza. not hard to mess up. However they seemed to put (and i counted) 12 mushroom pieces, and 17 sausage pieces on a LARGE! Then when i arrived to pick it up i had to tell the clerk what to do. she didnt greet me or aknowledge me and seemed extremly lost. im would NOT ever recommend this place.

Horrible customer service! Management was horrible! I did an online order and chose garlic butter sauce but when I got the pizza it only had garlic butter sauce on the crust and red sauce on the pizza and my niece is allergic to tomatoes but management wasnt willing to change the pizza so we had to go somewhere else so she could eat dinner. Will definitely not come here again!!!

Worst experience at a pizza hut. Called in an order we came from out of town and I ordered something off the menu online and she had no idea what I was saying. Then ordered buffalo wings and got there and paid 30 dollars for a pizza that ended up just being pepperoni and the wings were basically chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce on the side. I do not recommend.

We ate in and order a thin crust supreme. It was a great pizza...exactly what we wanted. Staff was polite but there is no table side service. We had to ask for plates and silverware. Restaurant was clean, prices as one would expect for pizza. I did witness them hustle to get delivery orders out the door fast.

Everytime I travel this direction to Oregon, I stop here in Redding and eat at this Pizza Hut every time and go buy beers at Bevmo up the street and stay at the La Quinta south of Hilltop. Also I have to say, Redding is a nice city. Hot in the summer but during the fall era, its awesome.

I have been waiting in this location for over an hour for a personal pan pizza. They said 20 minutes and now say another hour and a half. Poorly staffed and poorly managed. Not even sure if there is a manager here. I like pizza hut pizza but stay clear of this location at all costs.

Came here with my family and the vibe was just off, all of the tables needed to be cleaned, only one person up front ordering & amswering the phone, no menus were given, rude people, ending up leaving before we even ordered and wont be back.

Where friendly on the phone, only took 45 minutes on a Friday night to get to my door. I was shocked to see the TINY amount of pineapple on my HAWAIIAN PIZZA. Next time you want pizza, try Little Caesars on Hartnelle Ave.

Pizza Hut has really stepped up their game. Renovated the place, revamped the menu. They are cranking out some killer pizza. Management is awesome, and I have always been treated well. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately they did not plan for someone to pay with a 100 dollar bill or debit card so they couldnt pay me back and had to take the food back. Definately not worth the 50 bucks it cost to get the food.

First time having Pizza Hut. My family is normally a Papa Murphys pizza family. Tried out pizza hut on a whim last night and Im sure glad I did. Its really good....now we are a Pizza Hut family!

Lobby was open untill 11. We were here at 9:45 and told we couldnt eat here that we had to take it 2 go.. Our pizza was gross and the cashier was not bwry friendly. Never again.

Everytime I come this direction from So.Cal to go up to Portland, Oregon, I stay at the Quality Inn next door, I order pizza from this place
