Used to love this place, Worked here and took pride in my work. Since i left, Ive slowly been seeing corners cut, Lettuce that used to be chopped fresh daily turned to bagged lettuce, Heinz Ketchup being replaced cheaper ketchup, Veggie Pattys which customers loved changed to a cheaper, lesser quality patty (Old was a wild oat, cheese and musrhoom burger) changed to a bad Tofurkey burger that everyone hates.Changed their in house made honey mustard, to store bought. These corners that have been cut have really degraded the quality of the resturant. As for the service i, see multiple employees in the bathroom for thirty minutes at a time sometimes, people talking while tickets are there and food not being cooked, and longer wait times. The last time i visited i overheard that they have not cleaned behind the grill for many weeks, and due to it being a open kitched i found that to be offputting, seeing old eggs, rags, and loads of caked greese under the grill. I notice when i come to visit at night, bacon and chili and other items used on the burgers to be put into Cardboard containers at around 6pm and its offputting, and the chili is pulled from a metal container where the bottom is burnt, instead of the old pot they had it in to keep in hot and yummy. On the chili i had i was served expired sour cream and it made me sick later that night, i Even complained to the evening manager on shift. the place used to be of a higher caliber with fresh veggies and housemade sauces. employees would be held accountable for making sure customers truly had a wow experience but now it seems that theyre just making sure a manager doesnt have to talk to customers. shotty service. questionable cleanliness, and the change to cheaper McDonalds quality products has lead to a less than wow burger.

Ordered a build your own, my partner has a turkey burger ( we split an order of fries) and got my kid a kid meal. Value wasnt terrible, just wasnt that great. Like other people here posted, the staff doesnt seem that thrilled to be there but who can blame them, teenagers working at a burger joint... The meat on the burger was delicious and gently tasted like the quality they boasted however all if the toppings they put on it were the cheapest stuff they could get their hands on and it showed. The "fresh baked bun" was over buttered and toasted so you couldnt taste if it actually was fresh anyway (kinda defeats the point in advertising it). The turkey burger wrap was just more of the same. The signature fries were just frozen shoe string potatoes with a cheap parm and freeze dried basil shook on them. I mean if its your signature fries just splurge a little on real cheese. People notice this kind of thing. But I will say that everything came out quickly and were all cooked to proper temperature and the fries and tots were done just right as far as crunch goes. We did find the seat of our booth was in bed of repair and appeared like it had been that way for some time.

This place is a good spot to grab a quick burger (non-drive through though) within the Cascade Station. Its not quite a "sit-down" restaurant (i.e. Red Robin), but the food is prepared well. Imagine a 5 Guys or Boardwalk Burgers. There are a lot of burger joints like it, so it has difficulty standing out. There are turkey burgers that are offered, but honestly, Ive never ate one. They make the burgers fresh, as you order, yet still, after eating them, you dont feel outstanding. Most burger joints wont leave you feeling good though. The place is on the smaller side compared to many other spots in the same location. Not too many seats. The staff seems OK, though young enough to wish theyd be out having the free time you apparently have by being there.

We went to this location for the first time Monday Aug 15, 2016...we got a couple meals along with a couple of kids meals...my youngest son was half way through his fries when he almost ate a hair (which was long and black, my hair is reddish and short), we took it up the counter person who just gave us another order. I was kinda shocked that no management came to offer an apology, nor did the counter person either...so much for putting the custom back in customer huh? And when I took my other son to the restroom, it was out of toilet paper :(.

As someone else said its more of an Okay burger. I think they could bring it to wow if the staff were more excited and acted like they enjoy their job or were happy to see customers. How about yell (WELCOME TO WOW BURGER) when people walk in. They can also take more pride in the facility. Cleaning tables, bathroom and sweeping goes a long way. Even the manager just looked at people but never smiled or said hello. Foods good but I probably wont go back. Five Guys is more friendly and has a better burger.

First experience was stellar. First of all, I stay as gluten free as humanly possible because gluten causes me massive headaches in large amounts and they have the BEST gluten free buns I have EVER had. They are buttery and flavorful and the consistency of an english muffin, so they dont fall apart. I also love that they are local, free range, and antibiotic free among other things. Same price as burgerville but the quality is 1000x better. They definitely have gained themselves a new regular customer!

Nothing it was horrible . They messed up on my girls burger and couldnt fix there own mistake and she had peppers put on it and they couldnt replace the patty . And started to laugh after they gave us a new burger and we realized they didnt replace it at all and instead just took off the peppers and put a new piece of cheese on. Never going back . Must have been a bad staff . its always great service , thats why we always go ,not this time . Situation handled Unprofessionaly

Pink center turkey burger. Asked the manager about this and he said, "We test them to 165 degrees." Regardless, does anyone in their right mind think pink poultry meat is acceptable?!?! They gave refund, therefore a sympathy star, totaling two stars for my review. Will not return to test my fate again. Not worth the high cost either. Fries were not special. Nothing made this place stand out, except an undercooked turkey burger.

It was juts OKAY and not a WOW to us. Took my family of four and it cost just as much as Red Robin. They need to focus on first timers and explain how there system works because my burger was pretty plain with the exceptions of blue cheese. I figured I would be getting all the works included but I guess we need to spell it out since your building your own.

As with all new restaurants this is a design your own kind of a joint. When you walk in youll see blank order sheets to the right. Grab one and begin to fill one out. Word of advise dont just grab each ingredient that looks good to you, your burger will be a mess and wont flow. Think of a burger type and begin to design just that one.

They make delicious bun-less burgers and they actually know how to serve one! Far too many burger places will make a burger sans bun, but they put it on a piece of paper that gets soggy. WOW gives you a real plate, seems stupid but Ive been low carb for a while now and its so annoying eating soggy paper.
