Places like McDonalds rely on factories to cut & dice up all their veggies, which are boxed up and shipped, cold or frozen, straight to each location. This means preservatives are used to keep things from going bad. In-n-out avoids all this "factory"nonsense by cutting all their veggies in-house, fresh each day. The only thing mass-produced and shipped here is meat, and even the meat is never frozen- just refridgerated, from meat-plant straight to the store and in smaller quantities, once every 2 days. The buns are made out of a very old-fashioned "sponge" dough, which really does act as a sponge- absorbing excess spread and beef juices at the bottom, producing that iconic "sauce-soaked" last bite, which is an explosive way to end such a good-tasting burger. Everything is made to order, and the staff is always friendly and competent and always happy to help.

Ive been to this in-n-out location multiple times, but have never received service like i did tonight. I spent 20 minutes in a line that was four cars long, and when I FINALLY got up to the window to pay, the cashier, Mandi, completely ignored me and made me spend another minute just sitting there. Then, the man, Victor, who finally took my payment was rude to me about it. I was extremely dissatisfied that service and staff were so unsatisfactory, and if the burgers werent so good I would never come back again. Completely ruined my experience and my thoughts on this location.

If you dont know what In-N-Out Burger is, a trip to one of their stores should be the next thing you do. Just stop what youre doing and go get a Double Double, because whatever other Hamburgers you have been eating (with a few exceptions) were full-stop worse that what you can get here. This store is just as nice as any other In-N-Out. The lines will probably be less than what you would get in Santa Rosa, but the store is also a bit smaller. This was the original one in Sonoma County, and so it will always hold a special place in my heart.

Here I had my first double-double medium rare with grilled onions and pickles. It was so good that I had to buy another. And the cashier, Drea, was able to remember what I ordered the first time. My second burger took only four minutes to prepare considering how busy it was. She knew I was in a rush, and helped me get what I wanted fast. The rest of the employees were very kind and smiled a lot.

Who doesnt love in-n-Out. Always busy, but for the crowds they deal with they are efficient and fast. I love listening to what other people order...did you know you can order pickles (I didnt even know they had pickles) and WHOLE grilled onions (so much better than the chopped version)? My kids love their burgers and Neapolitan shakes. I love getting my burger they way I order it. :D

The menu is short so the ingredients are fresh and always properly prepared. This is not a typical burger place because there are no hidden ingredients. Fast food restaurants are full of secret ingredients and chemicals labeled as spices. Come here when you want to eat fast and healthy for cheap. If youre a rude BITC H then expect to be treated like one.

This location is always busy whenever I come here and the staff is always friendly and courteous. Even when it is unbearably hot out and one of them is taking drive-through orders with the tablet outside, or when its crowded inside and customers are complaining, I still manage to get my burger with a smile and often a laugh. They keep it clean to boot.

A young man named Brandon works at the register taking orders. He has exceptional people skills. He really needs to be promoted to a manager or taken up to work at corporate level. He is knowledgeable, kind, perceptive and unassuming. The burgers were great: Fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion... The shakes are nothing short of delicious.

In-N-Out Burger is what a great burger has always been in America. You can tell every choice that was made from the bun to the cheese and to the meat was thought about. I would say the best thing is that they have never changed there vision at the expense of the customer. Always good, clean and friendly.

In N Out are the best burgers in the business, hands down! All fresh ingredients and your food is made to order, quick and friendly service, and always delicious. I cant think of a better restaurant to bring my family for meals when were in a rush or looking for high quality burgers, fries, and shakes!

Drive thru car line was out to the main street parking lot was completely full with cars parked up and down the smaller dead end street. However, the line move fairly quickly, food was great, drive thru staff were friendly and energetic with smiles all the way around. Love this In-N-Out location.

I visited a bunch of In-N-Outs on a trip, and this one was the worst of them all. The meat was red, bathrooms were filthy with their trash overflowing onto the ground, the tables were dirty without a table cleaning employee anywhere in sight and the ground was littered in trash.

Best straight up honest burgers. So fresh it almost moos. Crazy fast service. Dont be scared of the long drive thru line, it moves very fast. Shakes are thick and tasty. My 19yr old son likes the 4x4 burger from the secret menu. 4 meat, 4 cheese on a single bun. Dang.

A solid in and out burger. Even when packed to the doors the staff streamlines the ordering and food pick up process. The downside is the parking and the Line. Nothing against the drive Thru line but it is a serious traffic Hazzard and often extends I to main road.

Always a fan of In-N-Out. They make the best burgers of any fast food business. I really like that the ingredients are fresh. Stopped by when I saw it from highway 101. Had a short line at the drive-through, great service, and my order was exactly right.

Hell yes, In-N-Out! Always fresh, always tasty, never over salted or frozen textured. You cant get homemade tasting fries anywhere else; everybody else double fries their fries, sometimes theyre even reconstituted. Eww!
