The WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. Im a nice person, Ive worked in food service and I understand how rough it can be, but the women who work here (or at least the ones working here at 6:30 on 10/30) were extremely rude... The worst part of the experience for me (after they over charged me and argued with me about how I was wrong about the overcharge) was after I got my food the girl literally slams the drive through window in my face without giving my drink. I waited there for at least 5 minutes and after knocking on the window several times a girl finally walks by the window, looks at me, and keeps going about her business... I yelled "excuse me" twice and she finally opens the window and just scowls at me... To which I replied "the other girl forgot my drink" - without saying a world, she goes and fills my cup without asking me which drink I wanted ( which she got correct, thus proving to me that they knew I was there the whole time) walks back to the window and hands it to me, without any kind of acknowledgment that they made me wait. I told her that they were incredibly rude - and she ROLLS HER EYES at me and says sarcastically "yeah, Im sorry maam." At this point Im willing to shake it off. But when I get home, I see they gave me chicken noodle soup when I ordered cheddar broccoli. I ordered online and I understand things can get messed up. So I called them to let them know they gave me the wrong soup - and they told me I was wrong, and that I ordered chicken noodle. When I explained to them that I had the order up in front of me, they said they didnt have the broccoli soup tonight. Okay then, why didnt you tell me this when I was at the store so I could have at least chosen which of the soups I would actually like? Im a vegetarian, I dont eat chicken noodle soup. They didnt even offer to make it right. What kind of company treats their customers this way? Absolutely ridiculous. The reason I am writing this review (I have NEVER written a negative review anywhere) is in hopes that the owner will see this and retrain his employees on what good customer service entails. If I owned a business, I would definitely want this information. I will not be returning to this location.

Oh my word how can i begin to explain my terrible experience at this fancy footlong of a place... i begin my experience by walking in the doors to this abomination of a footlong. I began my order with a big black footlong. My mouth was watering when i entered just thinking about a nice juicy footlong entering my oral areas was mesmerizing and began to make my mediocre sized bulge, bulge even harder. As i went through the line i was beginning to notice that other peoples footlong were not 12 rich succulent inches of rock hard bulge. I was starting to acquire a headache but soon sat down and began to stroke my footlong with somebodies elses long dog. I began to ooze and my tip fizzed. This black footlong i was tangoing with was something else . We went behind the counter as he was caressing my mediocre bulge. i couldnt take anymore and began to moan really loud, but he told me to keep going to i endured... he put pickles on my nips and stroked me off with so salt and vinegar. i screamed CHEESE AND RICE and began splooging on all of the produce. he grabbed my fiddle diddle and began dicing it up in nice lengths that he could easily swallow. i watched him down my footlong in one long choke. I creamed out of my butt and liked it. The only problem with this fancy footlong of a place is that they didnt clean up... 1 star rating

Well, this is a Subway... so if you dont know the menu... I cant help you... but the absolute best attribute to this spot is the fireplace. Many evenings my wife and I finish our day over a soda or split a sub and chat with each other in couch chairs by the fire. Awesome experience builder and she loves it more than I.

I never had a boss ask me to pay for something out of pocket. She said that the boss has made them do this many times before. Now for those who might not think its bad to do this. Imagine everytime your company messed on something youd use your own money to fix the situation.

Nice place! Im sure the fireplace and lounge chairs would be awesome during the winter time. The service unfortunately was very unwelcoming. Maybe the girl with the green hair just had a bad day.

Limited parking. Interior is nice with a fireplace. Some outside seating. The food is on par with other Subway shops. Not the most friendly staff.
