WORST service ever!! We were a party of three. We received two sets of silverware when we arrived. There were three of us. We received our food then asked for one more set of silverware and some extra napkins. The jerk of a server brought us four more sets of silverware and five napkins and practically threw them on our table. If that wasnt bad enough, we ordered drink refills. A mtn dew and a kids Dr Pepper. He brought us two adult size mtn dews and says "he can drink out of a big boy cup right?" Yes he can but we asked for Dr Pepper!!! When we pointed it out he took it to the bar and THREW the cup at the bar. As if this wasnt enough, our potato skins were harder than rocks. We ate 1.5 skins and sent them back. We got the bill and sure enough!! Skins were still on there! I had to get up and ASK for the check. Upon reviewing the items I noticed the horrible skins were still on there. I told the waitress Madeleine I was NOT paying for them and she seemed SHOCKED asking why! I said they were harder than a rock and we didnt eat them. She huffed and puffed storming away and took them off the bill, which she DUMPED at the table and NEVER came back for! Lets just say she earned NO tip!!! To sum it all up... The owners of this place either need to seriously take a look at staff performance and employee engagement. These workers were a horrible representation of what this restaurant could be! HUGE THUMBS DOWN!!!

Poor service. Grill was shut down before 9pm, despite the menu stating they cook until 10pm. Waitress said only a few menu items were available, then walked away leaving me to guess what is available. Fries or tater tots were the only things available despite the menu stating otherwise. Tater tots were mega salty, and a battle between trying to eat & swatting the 3 flies swarming my food ensued. The waitress never bothered to refill my drink or ask if I wanted something more. She then dropped off a bill with twice the charges of what I ordered. Apparently she forgot what day of the week it was, and had been charging everyone non-happy hour prices. Bad service, bad food (what little they had to offer closing grill early), flies, then overcharged by the staff for the tots. Will never return, dont waste your money...or at least double check your bill at Buffalo Bills disappointing bar

One of my favorite happy hour places. I have came here quite a few times more recently due to multiple reasons, which includes the hospitality, the atmosphere and most importantly, the food. They have a good selection of food choices, that I am happy with all of them so far. They have all you can eat catfish, that my family likes to go to, on Thursdays with some amazing burgers that are available every day. Ive mentioned Mikes Drive-In as one of my favorite burger places, but this one takes the cake. Their pretzel bun, patty & toppings are awesome and I couldnt really ask for anything better. My recommendation, try to get there during their happy hour and try their burgers -- you wont be disappointed.

Consistently people! You all are the weirdest fake joke around. Every week its something different. Some days they dont have menu items. For the most part staff is rude. Depending on the night your experience is a different one. Word of advice. With new restaurants opening in downtown oregon city you need to step up your game. Otherwise the only customers you will have are the customers sitting in the bar scaring away the people coming in for an actual good meal .

Karaoke on Taco Tuesday is great cause its busy and the tacos are cheap. They also have karaoke Wed, Thur, Sat and Sun. They usually have bands on Fridays which is a nice change. They have an awesome happy hour food menu and Im not sure on the drinks cause I always order top shelf but they have a great pour. All together the place is friendly and the service is great. I do hope they get the air conditioning fixed though. Its too hot in there sometimes.

This place is RUDE and unprofessional!! The waiter got pissed off because we complained about the appetizer being so over cooked and dry. He threw an extra soda down out of anger as well. They all huddled around and mocked us. They were all RUDE and unprofessional towards us and our 8 year old son saw it all !! The other waitresses and waiters and cooks were ALL BITCHY towards us!! It was BAD SERVICE AND HORRIBLE FOOD!!

Today is fri may 19 2017 . The food is great . Normally the staff is amazing. But tonight the bartender with dark hair and black top with the straps in the front made me wait to give me menu in till she was done texting. And was very snotty to me when i asked for them . Like i said great place good food and normally and amazing staff.

Get some new employees and turn on the A/C. I shouldnt have to wait 20 minutes to get served. Maybe try honoring the specials that are advertised on your walls. If you insist on eating the food just remember you can only take 60 steps when finished with your meal. Anymore then that and you will have to change your shorts.

We had heard the food was good. So we tried it and it was...service and food were great However tonight there was a problem with our food..no problem....but when I mentioned it had been a long time...very nicely...the supposedly boss/ owner bit my head off...kind of ruined our dinner

Great food, the cooks/chefs are very dedicated. Weve had many a good meal here. The service could use improving though. But never had anything bad to eat. My Fave is Breakfast, the Chicken Fried Biscuit thing. Farmers Benedict? Really tasty and different than the usual.

Chronically understaffed. I finished my pint and the server never had time to take my food order. There were just two workers trying to serve around three dozen patrons on a summer Saturday afternoon. The owner must be a cheapskate. I shall not return.

We have been coming here for years. The staff is great and the food is good. Although the cooks forgot our chicken in our pasta the owner gave us a gift certificate to make up for the mistakes. Thanks again Chrystal!

Amazing. Portions are plentiful, and well prepared. We like the Chicken Fried Steak, Corned Beef/Hash, and Buttermilk Chocolate Chip Pancakes. My family sure enjoys the great breakfast food! Thank you!

I had a burger at this joint. The fries were greasy and the burger was over cooked. A hour after I ate. I had bubble gut. I wont return!!
