I called and ordered my food. The delivery driver forgot part of my order so they were going to credit that part of my order to my account because I had already paid for it. I didnt worry to much about that. The driver left and I got to check the food that was there and it was cold and was missing cheese and sauce on a massive part of my pizza and the other one was squished up inside the box. I called and tried to talk to management with no luck. They told me they would have management call me back. Nothing. I called them back again and got sent to the corporate office. They sent me to a manager of the customer service department. He apologized for the messed up order and would credit the full price of the order, all I would have to do is call the next time and tell them I had a credit I wanted to use. I called today to order and use that credit and there is no credit on my account. By then I was frustrated and asked to speak to the persons manager, she told me management was busy and they would call me when they had the chance. I was furious by this point and was failing with my attempt to stay calm, she then asked me to hold on to see if she could add the credit to my account. She got it added and I ordered but we will see how my order is when it gets here...Never again.....

Good food, but the service and especially delivery leave a lot to be desired. Scenario #1 -- delivery driver fifteen minutes late, no call, no apology, indicates the tip line on the credit card receipt as if expecting to be rewarded for rather subpar service. Fine, fine. Ten percent is good. Scenario #2 -- delivery driver forty-five minutes late, no call, no nothing. Store says driver has food, and I can call back whenever driver gets here to possibly get "a small discount." At ninety-nine minutes from placing order, no one can locate driver OR food.

We just had a Flatbread Pizza delivered. July 6, 2013 It took almost an hour to our house, they called and said car brock down. Pizza was dried out and cold. We couldnt see were they had put any sauce on it, the green pepper was about the size of a dried up pine needle. We have nothing good to say about it. Dont think the pictures on TV of there advertisments are going to look anything like the real thing. I cant understand how and why they would even deliver something that looked like that.

I ordered a Classic pizza to go on 7/8/2015, it was the worst pizza I have ever had! It was so over cooked that trying to chew it was like tasting cardboard. Nothing on that pizza was soft enough to chew; we threw the whole pizza out. My order, pizza plus salad plus soda was $19.37. Ive order from there before, but this is the first bad pizza Ive gotten from there.

I ordered a Pzone at 6:45pm and was told it would be an hour. After an hour and twenty mins, I called their call center, again, and was told "its on its way"... It finally arrived at 9:10pm and then I had to call the call center back, with the delivery guy standing there and wrangle and twist some arms to get it free - after a wait like that!

Had 3 servers, which really fouled things up. Coffee was served without cream or sugar. Only had saccharin, not Splenda. Has no milk or cream only powdered non-dairy. Wife and I both ordered lunch special; salad bar and personal pan pizza. My pizza was never cooked so I split with my wife. No knife with salad fork. I wont go ever again!

I thought it was just fine. I usually go to Mikeys down the street but wanted a Pizza Hut pizza so I ordered by phone, picked it up and it was great. Ready on time, fast service, hot and good! This was my first visit to the Mcminnville, OR location but have been going to Pizza Hut for years in California. I will be going back.

Bought a 10$ box and smores cookie for takeout, picked it up and started heading home. We noticed that the topping was wrong so we went back. They made us the correct pizza and threw in a free smores cookie for our wait great service will definitely come back and its tasting pretty good as well. Thank you manager kitty!

Ordered a super supreme and it is the first pizza I have ever had that you could see the stale pizza crust under the toppings. No tomato paste just bare crust. Not sure what happened to pizza hut they used to be good. I am sure that if the owner got a pizza that looked and tasted like that they would not be happy.

What a hot mess! We were greeted with " I think it is cleaner over there." I stepped in a puddle of sticky old urine in the restroom. Food is what is to be expected from a chain restaurant even though it took over an hour to receive it in unorganized forgetful manner. Service was mediocre and thats being nice.

If i could give a no star rating i would this pizza hut here in mcminnville is the worst possible service ever we ordered over an hour and a half ago and they said thirty minutes and the manager refused to talk to us they gave us the order free but still come on...

Took them two and a half hours to not deliver my order, after I already called them twice. I am a block away and they tried to tell me my address was wrong and that they couldnt find where I was, a block away. Never ordering from them again.

They are slow as can be and so much over priced for a pizza. the pizza is super greasy as well and not that good. I dined in and it took about an hour to get my pizza and I was the only one there.

Great staff, food was delivered hot and fast. When we dine in the servers are great, excellent all around, they used to be slow about 6 months ago but not anymore. Massive improvement!

The food is actually pretty good, but its a lot faster to just go inside and eat. Delivery is way too slow. The restaurant could afford to be a bit cleaner, too.

Great improvement from the first visit. It took an hour to get a pizza a few months ago. Now it takes less than 15 minutes. And the host was great. Ill go back.
