Agrivino is a very unique place. Its not a typical restaurant. They do tasting menus with wine pairings from Thursday thru Saturday. And then on Sundays, they have pizza and gnocchi night. We went on a Sunday. The food was fantastic. My husband and I each tried a gnocchi dish. Im a bit of a gnocchi snob- and this was some of the best ice had outside of Italy. We also shared a pizza and it was great too. The crust is homemade and amazing. We did a wine flight. Honestly, the wines werent my taste but at just $10/flight it was a nice way to try some Italian varietals. The husband and wife team that runs the place were super nice and friendly- great service, great food!

It isnt possible to capture how amazing Darios cooking is in words. At least, not in English. This is true Italian food, folks -- passionate, proud, precise Italian food. Then theres the wine pairing...we went for a wine makers dinner so we had Darios food paired impeccably with Raptor Ridge wines. Precision met precision. But Darios technical style is adaptable and he made everything work, including accommodating my wifes pescetarian diet, all while clearly presenting his approach and graciously delivering the dishes alongside his wife and daughter. As one does at a family restaurant in Italy, we felt at home, and we look forward to coming back!

High quality house made authentic Italian gourmet foods. Even the salami is house made...and is delicious. Sunday you can get gnocchi or pizza; every other night there is a fixed price menu which pairs wines with several courses. There is a wall of wines, from which to make a selection. They are friendly and welcoming at this out-of-the-way gem. Its a restaurant, but dont say the R word; we cant call it that for technical reasons. There is a B&B at this "event center" as well.

Our experience at Agrivino was so relaxing, entertaining, educational, and fabulously delicious ! The food is handmade by Dario from recipes of his grandmother and Italy where Dario is from. He takes a region and builds his dinner around that, paring the wine and expertly crafting each dish and the finale, dessert! If you want true authentic Italian cuisine this is the place to go. P&S

The food. Is. Amazing!!!!!!! Reservations needed but they were able to fit us in without reservations. Had they been busier we would have been out of luck. Lucky us!!!! The wine they serve is their own label from a collaboration with a family friend from Tuscany and its fantastic. Highly recommend! And the drive is scenic!

Wow! What an experience. Dario and Sheena clearly have put a lot of thought into their menu and wine selection. There was a genuine love for the craft that was immediately apparent. There was nothing that could have made our evening any better.

Outstanding Italian cuisine in a wonderful setting in wine country outside of Carlton, Oregon. Magical! Will; be back for gnocchi and pizza in 2 weeks on Sunday night. Can only imagine....

I stopped in for a glass of wine in the afternoon after they had technically closed. Even though he was prepping for the dinner service he still offered to serve me! Very friendly.
