We tried it for the first time last night and it was awesome! Everything was made to perfection the hamburger had extra touches like surprise mushrooms yum. We had a cup full of fries and more in the bag we had enough to share with all 4 of us plus they were crispy outside and soft inside. We only do hamburgers about once a month but when we do they have to be done right. We have found our perfect place for our hamburger fix. It was a bit busy but we were treated with great service and didnt mind at all. The employees were so nice and friendly and clean a great plus in my book Thanks for a great meal

So, I wish I could post photos of the fries I got tonight. Out of the 6 different locations that I have been too, this is the first time I have disliked anything from here. The fries were super under cooked (they were soft, oily, and unseasoned). Normally the fries from Five Guys have a little crisp to them with some good flavor. It could of been this one incident, BUT, I am not going to spend 30 dollars again just to be disappointed. No more Tacoma Five Guys.

The people were nice (re: my visit of 1/18/15) and the food (burger, Cajun fries) was good quality. They had my online order ready when I picked it up. The small Cajun fries portion is a very generous portion. The burgers are easily twice as thick as most fast food places. I wish they had one a little closer to me; this one is over 13 miles from me; driving on Interstate 5 near the Tacoma Dome is a bit daunting these days, even when traffic is light.

The burgers are outstanding! Yet, the service was lacking. I waited over twenty minutes for my order to be called. Not to mention, they have a trust issue concerning customers using the bathrooms. If you need to relieve yourself, there is only one key for men and women to use that will unlock the male and female bathroom door! So, people might be creeped out by the guy hovering outside the restroom door waiting for his turn to use the key.

This place just had awesome burgers and fries a few months ago. I know that staffing changes so much in this industry...I was disappointed by the inconsistency. Customer service is good but I feel like standards in training has slipped. My regular everything hamburger was sloppy and my fries were soggy. $12 for my order... Food is food although when I crave a hamburger and fries again Ill probably pick somewhere else.

I wish the old management still ran this place. The new staff seems completely uninterested and almost upset that I walked in the door. Theyre slow and clunky in everything they do. The African American woman with tattoos on her right forearm just tossed my receipt on the counter and walked away. After she gave my my meal you could see her pants were on her knees. Ive had more professional encounters at Burger King.

Super awesome place to go to. Awesome happy atmosphere. You can draw pictures of the restaurant or do artwork and place it in the billboards around the place. Peanuts are plentiful. Fries are exquisite. Burgers are nice and filling and fresh. Amazing quality. Staff are nice and are always happy to help you out. They have pop kiosk that offers over 120 different flavors of drink. Top notch for the trendy crowd.

Walked into the Five Guys it was my first time there had a nice little crowd in there but there was no one waiting to be served so I was the first one to come up the line they took my order food was priced a little high I got it to go . I took it home me and the wife ate it it was delicious I would suggest if youre looking for a burger joint this is one of the ones I would pick

Not a huge selection, but thats part of what makes the service quick. Burgers and fries are tasty. Beverages are via the 100+ choice Coke machines. Peanuts are free. Parking can be a little limited as there are a lot of stores in the same shopping plaza including other restaurants (teriyaki, subs, pho, Red Robin Burgers), Half Price Books, REI, and more.

I have been a Five Guys fan ever since I tried them in Virginia in my college days. I always loved how youd order the large fries and they would fill the cup and then half fill the bag. Today we ordered two large and two small fries and the cups were half full. Is this the great fry shortage of 2015? Was there a potato apocalypse? Feeling super cheated.

06/16/16 at 9:45 pm, 15 minutes before closing, they rushed making our food. The patties were burnt and the burgers were sloppy. All I can say good from this experience is the drink selections and peanuts were great. First and last time! Paying $27.00 for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 1 drink is a little extreme. P.S. our stomachs were in pain 10 minutes later.

Their sign says open from 11am to 10pm 7 days a week and its almost 12 pm and I try to open the door and its locked and they all were just staring at me didnt even have the courtesy to come and talk to me. Not very good customer service especially since your sign says you should be open.

I really enjoy eating here. If you are ordering TOGO use there app or website, it will be much faster. If you dont you will have a 5-10 minute wait. All there burgers are really good. Fries are a little on the salty side. One regular fry is enough for 2 people.

We ordered a bacon cheese burger, a cheese burger, 2 fries and 2 shakes. The total came to. 39.13. For that amount I could of eaten at Red Robin with nicer dinning. After all, these are just fair burgers...good, but not worth the gourmet price!

We love the love and it was our first time at this one. There was no wait but they did forget sauce on some of the food. I am glad we went home to eat instead of back to the hospital so we had some. We will go back cause we love the food.

Five Guys is one of my favorite indulgences. Their fries are the best. Except tonight. They were so salty, they were inedible. We tried wiping them down with napkins, but it didnt help. Had to throw them away. Broke my heart.

I love their burgers and fries! Everything is so fresh and their fries are made in house. I love that this is one of the few places that leaves the skin on the fry. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly.

This place is great for a high quality burger with all the trimmings, a creamy shake and perfectly done fries. The in the shell peanuts to hold you over while you wait are a nice touch.

Good place to get a burger, quality can be a bit inconsistent and the burgers never seen to travel will so plan on eating there, but good burger for the price and wait is never too long

My wife and I usually go there for fry dates. Perhaps not the most healthy element of our diet. I love the cheeseburgers, but when combined with the mountain of fries, its a bit much.
