I never feel compelled to leave a review but after 7 times visiting here I have to voice my opinion. Ill keep it short and sweet. Ive been here 7 times hoping that as time went on they would get themselves together more, but this has not been the case. I love the food, hence the reason I keep coming back, but the service is horrible. Worst service Ive ever received at any establishment that I can recall. No, its not unfriendly and Ive never been treated badly, its just so sloooooooow. We visited last night and were told the wait was about 10 or 15 minutes. It was closer to an hour and the entire time I was waiting I could see empty tables. After being seated it took a while for someone to come by and get our drinks, maybe 15 minutes. The waters arrived promptly, my beer apparently is fermented and brewed fresh to serve because thats what it seemed like. An hour and a half after were seated we had food served to us. The food was great, it always has been. Every visit here has been the same. Its a good place to eat if you have half a day to commit to it. I wont come back ever again. Theres something wrong with this location, go read other reviews for other Rock locations nearby. Theyre much better than this one.

Okay so before we decided to come here we read the reviews. Too my surprise it only has a 2.7 star rating which blows my mind. I wish there was an option to put 10 stars to bring it up at least a little. If you are like me and read the reviews please do research on who is saying what. Most of the people who are rating at a 1 star talking about service and quality are not friendly people. Now let me tell you why this place deserves 10 stars. First of all the wait to be seated was under 2 minutes. We were not at our table for more than 5 minutes before our server showed up. This is where it gets good. Our servers name was Chris and he was very knowledged in the menu and he was very kind. Our drinks and our food came in a very timely manner. He checked on very frequently and made sure we were having a great experience. The food was more than amazing for the price, and so was the service. If anyone has not been here I highly reccomend it and I take offense to those who put one star. If you are a jerk expect bad service thats how life is. Anyways thank you so much for the wonderful service and food. Great place, environment, wait staff, and drinks! You ROCK 10/10

Went there on a Sunday around noon for lunch. It was very nice, with a good atmosphere and great classic rock. The service was fast and attentive, and I have no complaints about it. The food was pretty good, having tried two small pizzas and the fried calamari. One of the pizzas was great, while the other fell apart very easily while it was hot, due to the crust being so thin at the center. It held together much better as it cooled, but if you wanted to eat it pipping hot youd need to use a knife and fork (which they do have at all the tables). The price of the individual-sized pizzas was a little high, being between $8-$10 I believe, but I suppose they do have specialty pizzas so maybe thats standard. Also the fried calamari didnt have a strong taste to it (unfortunately), I believe due to the breading used. Overall a very nice place. I dont know how it would be during the evening or a busy day, but I definitely plan to go back once or twice for lunch.

Veterans Day was a joke for our family! Terrible! My husband, the veteran, and I, never did eat. The others got their food and were finished eating, about 30 minutes before we finally received our food, and it was COLD! We were there almost 2 hours! Next to impossible to get drinks and we were in the bar!!! The appetizers took 30 minutes and all 3 selections were cold! Which is amazing since the wings were burnt in places and almost no sauce on them. Two servers advised they were going to have the manager come talk to us. This was after they apologized several times for the service and the food! There were many empty tables! The manager did come to our table. He didnt introduce himself and all he said was What Do You Want Me To Do??? Hes lucky I kept my mouth shut cuz I wanted to tell him what he could do and where!!! Never again!!!! If there was a minus star for the place, I would have pushed that button!

I have given this place a try 3 times. They just opened so I was gonna give them some credit. But after a month common your staff should have their stuff together. This last time was by far the worst and it was on a non-busy Monday night. The drinks came as a reasonable time but our waiter did not check up on us at all. After probably 40 minutes our appetizer finally came out. The wings were burnt. Im not talking a little burnt Im talking the whole thing. We asked for sauced he never brought them. After over an hour, our pizza finally came out. We were so disappointed we didnt even eat it there we just left. Not only was the wait outrageous the waiter hardly paid attention to us. I wouldnt mind the wait if we felt like we werent forgotten. Or I wouldnt mind the bad service if our food came out in a timely manor. I will not be going back.

This place is full of personality. I like the rock culture design from the instrument cases to the leather seats. The menu comes in an old school record label book, which is a nice touch and the waitress wore a Pink Floyd shirt to match the culture here. The bathroom counter looks cool too, had a steampunk look going on with the metal stuff under the resin. The food was good, we got a 1/2 cheese pizza with double pepperoni on the other half and fish and chips. Prices were typical. I like the smell of the fire from the "brick" oven. Music wasnt too loud, a lot of these music places like having the music so loud you have to practically shout to talk and it wasnt like that. Waiter and waitress were genuinely happy and friendly and came to check on us often. Small complaint, it was a bit chilly.

We went here for an early dinner, 4 p.m. the waiter had 1 other table and kept telling us how overwhelmed he was and how crazy it is right now. No big deal right? Nope he forgot my drink and I had to wait 20 minutes for him to bring me my drink. My sister ordered a salad and he brought her the pullpork sandwich... when told about it he said oh well you started eatting it. She started to eat it because he disappeared for another 20 minutes and we had been on the road for 12 hours traveling to Salem. My daughter ordered the kids Mac n cheese. It was cheese soup with noodles. She didnt eat it because it was soup. Waste of money and a long await for the staff to remember you are there. We will never go back.
