Went there with 7 women and ordered pizza, soda and salad. We ordered 2 pitchers of soda and once the foam settled the soda was about 1 1/2 inches from the top. My mother asked the girl at the counter if she would fill the pitches up now that the foam had settled; $10 on soda, we wanted the pitchers full. The counter help was a girl about 25 years old. She was completely put out by the request. She rolled her eyes and shook her head and told us that this stuff would "kill us" and she was obviously irritated. After she filled the pitchers she walked away and did not return. She left us standing at the counter wondering if the pizza was going to be brought to our table or if we needed to wait at the counter. Finally after standing there a while longer a young, nice, boy came out and asked if we needed anything. I still wanted to order a salad. A while later I needed a box to take the remainder of my salad home and my sister offered to get me a box. She walked to the counter and the girl completely turned away from her and walked to the back and would not help her. My sister had not even been the one to ask for the soda to be filled. If all it takes to get the girl at the counter completely worked up is ask for a soda to be filled, she doesnt know problems. Then the nice boy that brought out our pizza told us the girl was related to the owners. I guess that is why she feels she can behave so badly. UNBELIEVEABLE. We will not be returning.

Good pizza; HORRIBLE service! In my latest (and final) experience with the Pegasus Campus location, the following occurred: 1. I called in an advance order, spoke with Elisa C. and requested it be ready between 11:45 - 11:50. I was told it would be ready then. 2. I arrived at 11:46. I waited at the counter for FIVE MINUTES before Elisa C. appeared, without an apology for making me wait. My Pizza was not ready and I was told it would be brought out. I paid $30+ dollars and sat down to wait. 3. AND WAIT. 4. AND WAIT. 5. I went up to the counter again and after waiting for several minutes in line was told it would be ready in 2-3 minutes. 6. I waited 10 more minutes and went up AGAIN. My pizzas were sitting there. I asked Elisa C. if I could have my pizzas that were supposed to be ready 20 minutes before and was told she would bring them over. 7. Two more minutes and she brings the pizzas over and DOES NOT APOLOGIZE for making me wait. She obviously doesnt give 2 shi+s about the fact that customers are what pays her wages. So... Pegasus has lost me as a customer and I will be more than happy to share this experience with my colleges at U of O.

During the 2014-15 season I am happy to say we had a great experience seeing almost every Ducks Football game at Pegasus campus location. We were so disappointed this year, particularly the night of the end season game at Alamo Bowl. Staff were unresponsive to requests to put the game on, turn the sound up so we could hear it, refusing to let customers hear the halftime commentary but instead staff played music to their liking, much louder than they allowed the game to play. Multiple complaints from many customers left them unfazed...they finally succumbed late in the 3rd quarter after apparently the magic number of people complained. Rude, eye-rolling, un-responsive customer service left me UNIMPRESSED which is quite unfortunate since they have the best G-free pizza my friends & I have ever had but watching the Alamo Bowl was more important than taste today. DONT COUNT ON PEGASUS PIZZA TO DELIVER DUCKS GAMES!!!!! #notasportsbarorafightwouldabrokenout

Best pizza place in Eugene! My boyfriend and I eat out literally every meal, trying new places all the time and have tried so many pizza places in Eugene. Meza Luna is good and Track Town is garbage compared to this place. Twin bartenders Matt and Dan are some of the best that work there, and kitchen manager Tucker is always helpful and making up the best pizzas and salads. Their salads (gorgonzola pear specifically) are amazing, I crave them all the time. And they recently just hired a new bartender Jeff who is very kind and fun to be around, a great addition to the staff! The owners are great, really cute and kind. I have channel requests all the time because I go there to watch TV since my college apartment does not have cable and I am a big sports fan, and never once have I been treated bad by the request. Some of the best service and staff I know and amazing atmosphere and delicious food and drinks to go with it! Love it!! And love Fathoms!

At The south Eugene location in the plaza by Market of Choice we had a sad and terrible incident with the manager who happens to be the owners daughter. While eating at market of choice, my children finished early and were playing in the common area outside by the planter. She came out and told them to get inside, that their mother was irresponsible, and that she was going to call the cops. When I questioned why, she crossed her arms, told me to get out immediately, and pointed through the window at the children loudly saying "those gross, fat, disgusting kids are smearing up my window". My oldest is 12 and was totally astonished, they all were just crying their eyes out. It was despicable when she admitted to this to the owner, her mother, and the owner refused to fire her. Just dont support this abuse by choosing another restaurant PLEASE!

Similar experience with the manager. Quite an irrational and immature woman! I asked her a simple question about the pricing of our pizza and she told me that she "hopes I can find something good to eat somewhere else". After supporting this business for over 10 years, they will not see another dollar from my family. After spending thousands on pizzas, salads, and beers over the years, I was quite disheartened when the MANAGER told me that they have been in the business for 25 years and they would be fine without me. This woman should NOT be any sort of customer service role. They have lost this customer for good. P.S. And the pizza is overpriced and crappy. Who needs you, Pegasus Pizza? Plenty of other pizzas options in Eugene. The Granary, La Perla, even Market of Choice....

Decent food, HORRIBLE service. Except for Dan the bartender, hes great. The people who run the place are so miserable, they absolutely seem to hate being there. As an avid customer to Pegasus during my time as a student at the UO, my friends and I have dealt with rude employees and many unprofessional instances. I thought asking the girl at the counter to turn on ABC to watch a football game was literally going to kill her- it was waaaay too much work. Track Town will be getting our business from now on. The convenience of pizza on campus doesnt make up for hanging out in such an awkward environment of unhappy people.

i really liked this place for getting a full pizza (one of the better spots in eugene, but its eugene so thats not saying too much pizza wise compared to the east coast), and pitchers of beer w/ friends and sitting outside to enjoy... but again, for a pizza place in eugene its overpriced for a typical average ZA thats just above pizza hut. you can find WAY better elsewhere.... for eugenes limited scope tho, it will have to do. the bar downstairs was a fun place to hang out @ during the summer where very little people were around, and probably a better value/experience.
