Refused to accept valid state ID. My fiancé (who is 24 and has a full beard) has a learners permit issued by the state of Oregon, which by law and OLCC regulations is considered valid photo ID. They tried to argue that "only 15 and 16 year olds have permits" which is absolutely incorrect and can easily be proved by just going to Oregon.gov to look it up. They said they would look it up, which they never did. We did though, and it clearly would be covered under the second form of acceptable identification outlined by the OLCC. Still wasnt good enough. Our waitress then proceeded to stand across the restaurant and talk with another waitress while looking at us the whole time. We didnt even care about the drink so much as the whole situation was embarrassing and uncomfortable.

There was no wait when we visited so we were seated immediately. I ordered the turkey scramble and a side of sausage gravy, he ordered the two piece fish and chips. Both our meals were good. Turkey scramble was a more unique breakfast dish and very flavourful. The fish had a nice thin crispy batter. I wouldnt actually recommend the additional gravy unless you really love gravy... I couldnt finish my whole meal as portion sizes are decent. The gravy was good (not the best Ive ever had, but good) but my meal was complete enough without it.

LOVED this place! Plus, I dont have to wake up crazy early to enjoy breakfast, since its served until closing. Im a biscuits and gravy snob, and this was hands down the best sausage gravy Ive ever had. Eggs were cooked to perfection, and everything on my plate was exceptionally seasoned. The bacon was thick and delicious, and the biscuits were fluffy, buttery and amazing. I found the entire experience enjoyable, and thought our bill was extremely reasonable. I cant recommend this establishment highly enough!

Great food! We had the Turkey Sausage Pesto Scramble (it was given a Wow) and the Cajun Skillet (daily special). The scramble had pine nuts in the pesto - the skillet had spicy sausage and shrimp and 2 medium eggs. Tasty. Red potatoes with both dishes - amazing dishes. The in house fresh made biscuits (made with butter and whole buttermilk) were so good, we ordered 2 more to go. Make this part of your "must do" list for Seaside. A great way to end our 3 week stay!

Very small place, and busy, so its hard to get a spot. Food is good, and the biscuits are the highlight of most breakfast dishes. My goodness was that biscuit was delicious with the jam they gave you to spread it upon. Probably one of the best breakfast places Ive been to in Seaside, but there also isnt much to compete with, and its not just breakfast. They have everything from burgers to scramble eggs. Yum.

I had the black bean quesdilla. It was good and was enough for 2 people for lunch. The weird thing was they charged me 2.25 for a can of coke. I dont mind paying 2.25 for a refillable coke and that is still too much but for a can....come on. This practice revealed a greedy, ghetto element that was off-putting. If the coke comes in a can and you pay 50 cents for it, charge people a 1.00 or 1.50.

The best place ever!!! I was in seaside for work and I was trying different restaurants and I regret I tried this on my last day. It was the best brunch ever. The portions were bigger and very very tasty. The environment was good and the Manger kept on checking on me to see if I need anything or if I like the food. Customer service is perfect! I highly recommend this place!

Great choice for pub food without the beery atmosphere. Among other delectables on the menu, Firehouse Grill serves an excellent burger made w/grassfed beef, the best burger we tasted on the Oregon coast. 5 out of 5 on the yum scale. My burger-enthusiast son asked them if they would please open a Firehouse annex back home in Colorado. The kid doesnt miss a beat, I tell ya.

Gravy tasted like flour and water. Chicken fried steak was horrible and no taste. Biscuits were dry. Potatoes tasted like day old really refried. Not what I expected from a firehouse style restaurant. Im trying to figure out why the ratings were so high seeing how the reviews are the reason we tried this place. I would suggest this place in the future.

My family and friends all had breakfast here and our food was out of this world! I wish I could give them 10 stars. Our waitress Amber was very polite and her service was second to none! We loved it woo much we went back and had to try their dinner menu. Luck would have it that Amber was our server once again. We have found the go to spot in Seaside.

We showed up a little too early for lunch and they sat us anyway and got our food started - great service! I had a sandwich here without very high expectations. I mean, its a sandwich right? How awesome can it be? Well, their BLTA was the best sandwich I have ever had in my life. We will definitely make this a regular stop when we are in Seaside.

My wife and I ate there as part of our honeymoon last July and we loved every bit of our meal and as a former cook I had their spicy black bean burger and that was still the perfect burger and I could not have done any better highly recommend and they have reasonable prices too.. remember no sales tax.

Delicious and affordable food. We had the Potatoes Deluxe and Meatloaf Scramble... And some Booze: the Bloody Mary (flavorful without being overpowering spicy), Basil Cooler (refreshing), Blood Orange Screwdriver (cant go wrong). I also had coffee which was locally roasted and YUM! Awesome experience.

First off its worth the extra couple blocks of walking! Food is outstanding. The cooks and wait staff are very friendly and attentive. Being able to watch the cooks is entertaining, not like benihana but with a precision and skill all its own. I will be back next time I am in town. Thanks!

Food was delicious! We had a family of 5 adults and 1 child and everyone LOVED their food. But if you have a baby make sure you have a portable changing mat because they dont have a changing table. Hopefully they get one in the future! But besides that, loved it!

Service and food was great. We shared a plate and they split the plate without asking. We had the fried chicken, biscuit and sausage gravy combo. It was super tasty and plenty to share for breakfast! We would go again in a heart beat.

Good place on the main drag. Had fish and chips. They were a little dry but I prefer that over the wet and slimy version some make. My wife had biscuits and gravy and enjoyed it. She was really pleased with the quality of their tea,

Got the chicken fried steak breakfast. Eggs were great, really fresh. The gravy though was awful, flavorless and floury. Everyone else at my table seemed to enjoy their food. Fish tacos were the top dish for our table.
