First of i would like to start by saying that Jason based on his horrible review must have a personal issue with the owner and not the over all business i have been a customer of the clinic and gym for a very long time. And i have never experienced unprofessional-ism , the staff over all has been helpful and always makes sure to answer any questions that i might have correctly. Great work out area not to packed and very clean. The doctor is very nice and respectful he is awesome at his job and running his business. Its a very comfortable and happy environment. The cafe is amazing the employees and drinks/food is amazing. Everyone at the gym and cafe always has a smile on there face. Very nice place to go with family or friends highly recommend.

I only bought a smoothie. But... it tasted great and it was a very fair price, especially for being smack downtown. (thats expensive real estate to support) Just $5. I will be back.

Friendly staff, coffee and bagels are good value and taste great. downtown location with glass walled lounge is a nice place to enjoy a morning break.
