Ive been ordering food online every month, but it didnt go through this time so I had to order at the place. I asked the guy at the store who does my order, why my did not go through. He said I dont know I do not work for the online solving issue. This guy was very snappy. Then I showed him coupon to get discount. He did not say it did not go through. He told me the real price of my order. I asked him I just gave you the coupon. He said it did not work. It was already used by someone. Why didnt you told me prior that the coupon was used. He was very snappy and did not like the customer service of him. He should be trained more better how to speak nicely.

Another asian-chain restaurant with horrible quality and inauthentic flavors. Pad thai noodles were overcooked and almost soupy with sauce. Are the green onions that are served in the pad thai supposed to be garnish? Because at literally 2" in length, they are inedible. Completely skip the vegetable spring rolls. The taste of ginger is overwhelming and they are unappetizing. One extra star for the Kung Pao Shrimp roll. It was the only thing that was edible in our order.

This will be the third time eating at Pei Wei! Its very good and have not been disappointed yet. When ever i ask my girl where she wants to stop and eat on our way back home from college she always says, "Pei Wei!" So stop by for some good food and all the fortune cookies you want!! also try there teas- they are also good.

I tried to order vegetable Pad Thai over salad which I had ordered at another local Pei Wei the week before. However, I was told it was too complicted for them to enter into the system and that I would need to go to another Pei Wei if I wanted that. Now I get to drive a ways to another Pei Wei.

Price can be higher than expected (especially after the menu re-model that split entree sizes a few years back) and more so when you include a drink. However, it has very good options for an Asian "inspired" chain and great consistency.

The PeiWei on Yale is wonderful. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is always perfect. Weve gone to other PeiWei locations and they have all been ok. But the one on S. Yale is close to perfection!!!

Great Pad Thai, and you can get extra spice and egg for no additional cost. I recommend extra Thai peanut sauce. Also, they email great deals and coupons all the time. Its my favorite casual dining spot

Fantastic food and good selection at decent prices. I liked that you can watch the cooks working and see an occasional burst of flame. Staff was nice and helpful. Outdoor seating is available.

A bit expensive compared to the quality of the food and the service. The chicken is excellent, but the rice is very dry. My cashier was quick to take my order, but was not very friendly.
