The food is great, but that really doesnt matter if its impossible to place an order. The service has gone way downhill this past year, and apparently they are taking their cues from the on-duty managers. The app hasnt worked for orders for more than 12 weeks, online ordering is down, and I waited on hold for over 20 minutes with no one answering the phone. Arrived to order in person intime to hear the manager on duty yell at the young men behind the order counter not to answer the phone. Having stood at the counter for 7 minutes, no one had even spoken to me, let alone e offered to take my order. When the young man turned around, there was no apology or assurance theyd be there as soon as they could. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused. Broken Arrows Pei Wei has lost our business.

4/28/16 I stopped in and ordered lunch to go, after waiting 30 minutes for a to go order, I got home and while eating found a pubic hair - YES I SAID PUBIC HAIR in my food. I called the restaurant and all the manager wanted to do is comp me. I said I didnt call to be comped, I called to ensure you make your employees was their hands after going to the bathroom. This is how people get salmonella! His half hearted response to my plea prompted me to contact the health department. They did an inspection on 4/29/16 and found several violations which Pei Wei was cited for. Folks I would NOT eat at this restaurant, it is NOT CLEAN!!!

This location does a very busy lunch crowd. We were intimidated by the line and what appeared, at first glance, to be a lack of adequate seating. However, the line moved at a good pace and everyone was able to find a seat as they needed one. The food is very good and there is enough variety that you should be able to find something to your liking. The staff was efficient at getting food delivered in a timely manner and tables cleaned off as needed.

Great Chinese place. Great place to take the family. Your dinner or lunch will be huuge, they are tremendous people - tremendous - I know the other Chinese places and they are terrible, not good. In all seriousness, I love it there. The only thing I wish they did differently was have calorie information on their menu, other than that its great.

If you must go to Pei Wei, go to the Brookside location! The food here is so sloppy in presentation. Big raw green onion chunks, 20 pieces of tofu in one dish, etc. I gave it a second shot today but I really should have just driven to the other one... the food tastes much better there. They even got my order wrong. Maybe its a Monday thing...?

Order taking service at restaurant gets worse and worse! Asked for a noodle dish without meat and was originally told that cant be done. Next person came over frustrated and rolled his eyes at me and attempted to fix the order! Any customization appears to be the end of the world! Thinking of other options in the future...

As a person who loves P.F. Changs, naturally I loved this restaurant. The food is always incredible, and the staff is always very friendly and willing to serve at any moment. It also pays to eat here as they have a rewards program that builds up quickly to get a free entrée. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Good food and service for a decent price. They are fast and tasty. Sushi here is terrible though so avoid that. The noodles are also fairly devoid of sauce, which some people may like but isnt how asian food typically is. Over all i enjoy coming here and its a good place for groups

Freezing inside so much that everyone went outside to eat so now no tables outside manager nowhere in sight 30 minutes on food and Dan Dan was spicy told them no spice 60° inside 80° outside this is the 2nd chance last time got $50 credit just nuts food was excellent

The Pep Wei on Kenosha is usually very busy. The staff do well at keeping tables clean as they clear. The kitchen seems well staffed and food usually comes in a timely manner although it comes out in stages to a large group but that seems to be their way of service.

Good fast service during the lunch rush. We had the sushi, won tons and a bowl of sugar peas. They dont normally sell sugar peas as a side by itself, but made the exception for us. It felt a little dirty, but again it was the lunch rush.

Good food. If you like spicy, the Blazing Bangkok peanut noodles is good. I like the vegitarian tofu sweet and sour plate. The staff are young and friendly. Even under pressure if there is a mistake they work hard drive make it right.

Excellent service, awesome healthy choices, and in half the time of a conventional restaurant. This place is always packed for a reason. Only suggestion, hire more staff to accommodate the large crowd. Other than that, great job!

Pei Wei is one of those places that either hits or misses greatly. The Teriyaki crunch roll is delicious, but the hot and sour soup tastes like a giant bowl of brown gravy. You have to find something you like and stick with it.

The food is always great and the service is impeccable. My only issue with this location is that I cant order gluten free food online to pick up. It makes it so much easier than waiting in a crowded restaurant for food.

Seemed cramped and bathrooms were a little messy. Just not as sharp as I usually expect Pei Wei to be. Food was really good. Small entree was small. If youre hungry, you need to get the large.

This is the only place I will eat Asian food in Broken Arrow. Its a sister company to P.F. Changs and the food is on par with lower prices and its quicker. Their take-out option is great too.

I love their sushi rolls and wonton soup. The lunch hour can get pretty busy and you may be waiting on a seat and then an extended wait for your food. If possible wait to go after 1pm.

Got a To-Go order for a salad bowl except they didnt give me the salad part. I didnt know until I got home and didnt want to drive 20 minutes each way to go back. Frustrating!
