As the restaurant owner, I would like to tell you, that you were absolutely right about the Fajita Beef. It was very good in the beginning and the quality just started to deteriorate in tenderness and flavor. When we finally fixed some for our supplier, he agreed as well, so now we have a different supplier and the quality of our Fajita Beef is right there where it should be: nice, tender and flavorful. In regards to the Avocados: all I can say is, that is the only thing bad about making everything from scratch. Only in canned products can you expect the same every time. In December even at Walmart a single Avocado cost on average $2.50. We were equally hit with these prices, it was terrible. And on top the quality was terrible. We had the hardest time even just to get ripe ones! So, I am really disappointed that you either did not contact the manager on duty, so he could make it right, or you just dont mention it here. But to bash my staff and tell everybody that they are inexperienced and "unloving", I dont know, I had the same cook for 9 years. My manager has been with me for 18!!! years. If something is wrong, please let my staff know. There can always something happen. And we can usually right our wrong. By the way, if you dont like our Guac, just ask our servers for "mexican guacamole". It just takes a minute to prepare. And is a favourite with many guests. In regards to the Gluten-free: We do not have a Gluten-free menu, but we have an extensive low-carb menu and any dish can be modified to your needs. And TELL your server about your allergie! Or ask to see the manager! We cook everything and if you just speak up we can usually help you! It is just not possible to have everything on the menu. It just makes me sad that people dont speak up, dont communicate and then fault my employees for their "bad" experience. And then post it online. Sincerely Heyka

The beef fajitas were absolutely terrible! The beef didnt seem to have been seasoned at all. Luckily the salsa covered the bland tasting fajitas. The fresh guacamole dip was bitter upon taste, so I thought maybe I had a bad avocado that was used to make the dip, but when I ordered my fajita platter, the guacamole that accompanies the beans and rice consistently tasted bitter. All 3 of my co-workers agreed that the guacamole tasted terrible. Were all from Texas, so we have eaten plenty of TexMex and authentic Mexican cuisine. The rice was also lacking the sabor (main ingredient: tomato paste and chicken bouillon) and the rice was mushy! The cook should know how much water to add to the rice. There was obviously no experience nor love coming from the kitchen what-so-ever. If you truly are knowledgeable and experienced diner when it comes to Mexican or TexMex cuisine then I have no doubt youll concur.

This place is fantastic!!! It is our favorite place to eat. The staff is the best in town and are always friendly. We go here at least once every two weeks. We sit at the bar and I have the large draft beer which is a great value compared to any other place in town. The food is always fresh and tasty. The restaurant is always clean and so are the bathrooms. Come on a Friday evening and the girls will be at the bar having a good time. The menu has quite a variety and the kids will love it too. Check the bar when you come in and say hello. I may be sitting there enjoying my beer and chips and salsa which are also always fresh and delicious.

I come here often, me and my husband live in the neighborhood behind so we come here all the time. Morris the owner is awesome!! The staff is very gracious of the business that they get and treats everyone with the upmost respect. Everyone always seems so happy. They care very much about the service they give. If you have a bad experience it most likely is a one time thing. Everybody knows that things happen and sometimes its unavoidable. Great family owned business. Margaritas are strong and good!! Thank you all for the wonderful memories and service!!

i Puffins are any of three small species of alcids (auks) in the bird genus Fratercula with a brightly coloured beak during the breeding season. These are pelagic seabirds that feed primarily by diving in the water. They breed in large colonies on coastal cliffs or offshore islands, nesting in crevices among rocks or in burrows in the soil. Two species, the tufted puffin and horned puffin, are found in the North Pacific Ocean, while the Atlantic puffin is found in the North Atlantic Ocean.

About like every other mexican restaurant. They cook up some meat, and rely on covering it with the various sauces to add the flavor. Overall it wasnt bad, but wasnt anything to write home about either. Co-workers had said it was good, we tried it. Still looking for a good mexican restaurant. Enchilada & burrito were bland (except for sauce), refried beans were runny and bland, rice lacked any seasoning or flavor.

Ive eaten here probably 50 times, and every time every dish I loved it. The service is friendly, portions large, prices low, the atomosphere quiet compared to a good deal of mexican resturants, and the food is always good. I honestly dont know why people have said its not, perhaps they expect five star food - its good food though!

The food was ok what bothered me is there so called enchiladas were more like quesadillas they werent rolled like they were supposed to be so when I went for a bite it was mainly tortilla and the guacamole was frozen and no good so a big boo for the cooks the host and staff were good but didnt take any initiative to fix it

Jay- dont give a restaurant a poor rating because of your gluten allergy. Im in no way down talking your condition as I work in healthcare and also have a cousin w a gluten allergy...but that doesnt warrant a restaurant one star because they dont have a gluten free menu. Many restaurants dont.

Delightful food, wonderful staff. I had to ask for special precautions as I cant have the red sauce or jalapenos and the server was quite accommodating of this, even bringing me two sauces on the side to make sure I had options available. I will certainly stop by again sometime!

Ive eaten at Arizonas about 4 times, and let me tell you all of them were delicious. All of the food tastes very authentic while not being overpriced even a little, and the folks there are really cool people. Its everything I want in a mexican resturant, so I say thats 5 stars.

A nice escape from the loud and noisy chain restaurants. Fajita (beef) not really very tasty and a very small portion on the lunch menu, but everything else was fab! Staff was friendly, but didnt hover over us. We will definately go back again.

The worst Mexican restaurant I have EVER been to. My dad spent $100+ for our entire family to eat there for microwaved food and extremely disrespectful staff. Never will we go there again and I would not recommend anyone this place.

35 min wait for food, I almost walked out. My food was "ok" and my girlfriend had the soup. It was just store bought chicken broth with chicken and chips thrown in it... With 4 stars we were hoping for a lot better.
