We were driving through Norman, on our way back to Texas from a very LONG and STRESSFUL trip, when I searched ice cream places nearby and this one populated. My kids and I were SUPER excited, because where we live there arent ANY Coldstones left and it was our FAV ice cream place!!! The hours that are posted on their webpage, through Google search, showed they were OPEN until 10:30pm! We got off I-35 S, and took allllll the twists and turns to FIND this place, and after 30MINS of looking, we figured out that it was INSIDE Super Target and VERY POORLY marked!!! So, by this time we all were VERY READY for some of their delicious treats, BUT!!!! To our dismay, we walked in the doors at 9:08pm and walked into their area and saw 2 employees standing there talking. I kindly interrupted and asked if we could order some ice cream and they VERY RUDELY said back, "We close at 9pm!!" I asked all the obvious questions and was given very rude answers and then we turned arnd and walked out!!! I dont think we will be sharing our business or money with them any longer!!!

Service was absolutely terrible. When we asked for a minute to make our decision the woman went into the back and didnt come back out for 10 minutes. When she did come back she seemed incredibly annoyed that we were still there. She wouldnt talk to us, didnt even tell us our total, and couldnt even be bothered to say, "Have a nice day," or "Thank you." All she did was give us dirty looks the entire time. The ice cream was the ugliest mess Ive ever seen come out of a Cold Stone, but still tasted good which is why theyre even getting two stars. EDIT: Just got to the cone, which was stale and chewy, so I downgraded it to one star.

The ice cream itself is amazing, the problem is theres always an issue with getting it. Either theyre out of several types of ice cream, toppings, or you wait in line for 20 minutes. Today the lady told me the slab wasnt working so she couldnt make the ice cream I wanted. Its frustrating when you drive 20 minutes to get there just for them to apathetically tell you they cant give you what you want. And forget calling, the store never can seem to get one of them on the phone because trust me, Ive tried.

When I came up to the counter the attendant was ignoring the customers and washing something in the sink. After several minutes I left to shop in Target. I returned after shopping to get my children an ice cream, theres no attendant to be found and the bell is missing where it says ring bell for service. Finally someone helps us, we sit down only to find the tables look like they havent been cleened all day. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Problematic location. Employees range from friendly to disinterested. They have a perpetual problem with inventory as well. They constantly seem to be out of this or that to a point where half the menu is unavailable. The biggest issue (as if there werent enough) is they do not adhere to business hours. If you come late in the day theres a chance youll be outta luck. Appears to be a lack of management.

If I could leave a zero star I would. I went in at 8:15p on a Friday night. Very clearly the hours say they should be open until midnight, which I doubted but assumed theyd be open at least until 9p or 10p on weekends like the others on the North side of OKC. Nope. Already closed. Nothing anywhere as to why and this has happened multiple times. Basically every time I go in and I have a gift card!!!

Their icecream is great when they are open at this location. I give two stars for the poor customer service and store hours not adhered to. My family and I visited Cold Stone on a Sunday around 5pm, they were closed again. This location has a bad reputation for being closed when their stated hours says they are open. Under better management, Cold Stone would get an easy 4 stars or better.

Delicious ice cream when you can actually get the flavors you like. And if you expect some kind of an apology or alternate suggestion, dont hold your breath. If you get the warm fuzzy feeling when you see "Coldstone" on your google page or maps app, DONT DO IT! Im warning you... you will be thoroughly disappointed.

Hours posted online are falsely stated. This location closes extremely early everyday and always out of ice cream flavors & add ons. Recommend il Dolce gelato down the street instead. Amazing local business, products & customer service.
