Panera is one of my favorite places for a kind of healthy, good ingredients restaurant. The layout of the restaurant is nice and easy to get in order and sit back and relax. The employees are usually helpful and full of smiles which is nice. I stick to the pick two option they have so I can try different things each time I go. I will say the salad proportions seem off when doing the to go option versus when we eat in. Maybe the plates just make it look like more. I have never had issues with missing something or a wrong order. The food is always warm and fresh. What more can you ask for in a restaurant?

I come to Panera bread a few times a month and get outstanding service. Unfortunately, this location was a joke. The cashier couldnt bother to make eye contact and we had to repeat the order several times. He then forgot to give us a cup and had to wait til he stopped serving someone to get it. The place was pretty dirty as well, dishes piled high at the trash bins and no one addressed it for the entire time we were there. The food was great, but wont be back due to lack of good service. Even when thanking them for delivering our food, we received a mumbled "uh huh". Disappointing.

Panera Bread is more than a bakery. Its a casual fast-food dine in restaurant that leans to the more healthy side of quick dining options. The menu can be a bit overwhelming the first couple of visits, but I recommend you stick to the "pick 2" and chose 2 of your favorite menu choices. I enjoy all of the soups, but the Chicken Noodle is delicious. My wife cannot wait until the fall when they serve the Butternut Squash soup. She talks about it all year. If youre pressed for time, you can place your order online or through the app and then pick it up in store.

Pretty much your average Panera Bread with lots of seating. Decently priced yet uninspiring sandwiches. My order gets messed up way too often. How did my side of chips turn into the tiniest little apple Ive ever seen. At least give full-sized apples! Also I get confused when the staff tries to deliver my food to me as my buzzer goes off. How can they keep track of my location that well with so many people around? This is a Pepsi establishment. That means no Diet Coke (no one drinks Diet Pepsi). Fortunately there is the always-fantastic Dr Pepper.

LOVE Panera Bread, so there is some bias here, but once you eat here a few times you will LOVE it as well. I always enjoy the soup and sandwich healthy combos. My most recent cravings have been the Chicken Chipotle Avocado pannini with the Asian Wonton bowl. Yes, they are opposite in flavor profiles, but really good the same. I also always appreciate the consistency of every Panera Bread you visit. You can always count on fresh bread and good flavors with healthy choices.

Just terrible food, believe what you want, this place isnt healthy, just as much salt and oil and butter in their soups as anywhere else but a third of the portion size. There calorie count is so low because the portion size is so small so density wise Panera Bread is probably worse off multiplied times three. But I guess it makes people feel good if they believe what Panera Bread is selling, healthy food ? Never again. This place is a joke and very false advertising.

Used to be outstanding, but management has slipped over the last year or so. Its rare that you look around the dining room and all the tables or ever clean. Theres usually at least 2 or 3 30 tables. And it doesnt seem to matter whether its busy or slow. The drink stations can be dirty lots of times, but it seems to be getting better of late. Ill keep my eye on it and if it gets better all upgrade my writing. The food is always good, so thats a plus

Let me start by saying I love Panera Bread, but my last experience at this location was terrible. We waited for 45 minutes for 2 orders of soup and sandwhich and a peanutbutter and jelly. After checking on our order twice and being told that it will still "be a while" we asked for a refund. The manager seemed indifferent and unapologetic with the refund, but we did get a free muffin before we left, so that was nice for my very hungry 4 year old.

Panera is always a great stop for lunch or dinner. I really like their pastries as well, but if you go later in the day, things tend to run out. The pricing is more than fast food, but I feel the quality is much better. Im not a fan of their salads, the lettuce always seems a little wilted. I do always get the mac and cheese, its very creamy and cheesey. The other favorite of mine is the Potato Soup, but they dont have that every day, sadly.

Panera has a friendly staff who always welcome you when you walk in the door. Its a nice quiet place to study or get work done, just avoid the lunch rush around noon because it can get super crowded, overbearing, and loud. A little pricey but hey, you pay for the great tasting, clean and fresh food you are getting. Panera is one of my favorites. They also have a vast food and drink menu to fit all sorts of needs, including vegan options

This Panera Bread is the BEST...I frequent this location about 5 times a week. The staff is BEYOND happy, helpful and friendly. The food is always perfect and the service is great. I dont understand others leaving these poor and depressing reviews that I just read, they must not be happy about life in general! This Panera Bread (and EVERY one that I have every experienced) have always been ABOVE my expectations!

I really love the food at Panera, but the personal is not quite friendly. They gave me not what I ordered. It was a misunderstanding so I came back to change it and the cashier started talking to me in very rude way. I asked for a manger and she just laughed at me. The manager apologized but not the girl who was rude to me. I really didnt like that experience. It is not the way customers suppose to be treated.

Service is quick, staff is helpful (and I have seen them put up with a lot of crap while retaining a smile on their face -- this is an area with a lot of affluent folk), and the food is really good as well. There isnt a whole lot of parking, so bring an umbrella if its raining in case you end up a little bit away. Nice outdoor seating as well, but unfortunately its right next to a major road.

This location has gone downhill. Last three times weve gone its been very dirty and the staff seems clueless. There arent enough people running g registers during peak times and those that are, seem completely untrained. The food quality has gone down for the lunch/dinner items as well which is unfortunate. This is a great location and we used to enjoy coming here but now not so much.

I will not order from here, again. The fruit cup was about 1/3 the size of the pic online and tasted like onions...SO GROSS!!! Almost $3 for 3 tiny blueberries, 2 strawberry half slices, 3 pieces of cantaloupe and 2 smashed pineapple chunks. DEFINITELY not worth $3 or the gross onion taste. Panera, your commercials ARE A LIE!!
