I read recently that Chipotle has fallen to seventh in a recent customer satisfaction survey, and this Chipotle is perfect evidence why. Most of the employees are generally friendly, but there are a few with major chips on their shounders. During a recent visit I asked for guac, something the restaurant charges extra for. The young blue-haired lady forgot to put it on, and when I pointed it out she wordlessly put a dollop in a small container. Since I was on my lunch break and eating in my car, I wasnt really into the idea of messily unwrapping my own burrito to put in the guacamole myself, so I asked her if she could please put it in the burrito. She sighed heavily to indicate her annoyance and slammed the contents of my burrito into another tortilla and raked a tiny bit of guacamole across the whole mess. Totally terrible behavior. On top of that the chips - which I also paid extra for - were totally stale.

I was less than impressed with the service I received tonight. The girl that started my order was too busy talking to the other employees to take my order. She kept yelling over me when I was telling her what I wanted to talk to her co-workers and then I would have to repeat what I wanted back to her again. I told her I wanted a burrito to go at least 3 times. Each time she would yell over me she would pretend like I hadnt spoken and she hadnt been in the middle of taking my order. It was just plain rude! Not to mention there were two people dressed in normal clothing back in the kitchen talking to the employees. I normally dont write bad reviews, and Ive worked in the service industry myself for quite a while, but this was ridiculous!

My experience was terrible. I dont understand why my order for pickup that I ordered online took 20+ minutes to complete (I placed the order 40 mins before going into the store, so in all the order took a whopping 1hr to complete). While people in line that came in after I did were being served well before The order that I placed online 40 minutes before I went into the store was completed... The workers are wonderful, but I believe chipotle needs to put serious work into their pick up process. If you go to this chipotle, dont order online..

EVERY single time me and my group of workers order from there, we order thru the app and yet every time they screw up the order! Its horrible! I get the same thing every time, Bowl, Brown Rice, Double Steak, tomato, corn and cheese! Easy right? Wrong! Bunch of kids not paying attention to there work

Wide convinced me to come here. Service is nice and the place was clean but the food doesnt impress me. Its just ok. Cant figure out why so many people go stupid over this place but thats just my tastes. Also could be a pro or a con, but the place is full of hipsters.

The food was fine. Its a chain restaurant. The problem is with the service. This is undoubtedly the slowest service. Even with no line you will wait at least 15 minutes. It must be the management because no other Chipotle is this slow. Avoid this one if you can.

"Yassss Chipotle is lifffee" So good. I only order using the Chipotle app so that I can walk in and walk out because we all know how crazy the line can get at dinner time. Really friendly employees and the restaurant is always clean.

First time at this location and was not impressed. Being an avid chipotle fan, I was somewhat disappointed here. Meat was very fatty and wasnt great, tried both steak and Barbacoa. Always packed and service is a tad slow.

Friendly staff. Great food. Once we waited for 15 minutes; the manager was friendly enough not to charge due to delay. As usual very clean. Had a strange experience of a woman trying to sell some chocolates for some money.
