First, I have been to Firehouse before, Ive had some great times there. Tonight, in specific, ruined the positive image I had of this place. If you are not from the area, or, familiar with this restaurant, I advise you to avoid it. The managers assume you are up-to-par with their rules and how they do business. Our waitress appeared stoned and had alcohol on her breathe. She even wrote the order down after forgetting it and somehow found a way to still mess it up. We asked to speak to the manager three times. They refused to do that so I had to walk into the back of the restaurant to find the loser myself. Overall, a horrible customer service experience that ruined any return of myself, and ALL of my friends and family. They will make it seem like YOU are the center of the problem, and the manager did nothing wrong. I do not recommend this place to anyone considering.

This place is awesome we visit every time we are in town. The staff here ROCKS. The food is really good too. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. TVs in most areas and even a play room for kids and a couple of pool tables. There is a manager named Greg B. who really goes out of his way for customers and staff. I have never seems someone work so hard for everyone. It seems like such a family place every time I am there. From the cooks to the runners and everyone in between this place is great for lunch, dinner or even events. Check them out the next time you are in town.

Horrible service!!!! After 40mins I asked for my order.. it came out it 10mins. The reason I received was that it had to wait for the chicken; however the chicken was cold, burnt, but the pasta was steaming hot. When I stopped eating, a bartender asked if I wanted a box; yet I havent ate anything. She then asked if I wanted a Manager, I said yes. But only another bartender asked if I wanted something else. I said no, then she said well take it off the bill... After an hour and a half, I got no food nor assistance... After coming here for 10 trs,. No longer a customer!

I thought my wife and I found a new place. Food was good and reasonably priced and started to frequent once a month, until yesterday. I had no money on me so I stopped at the ATM and picked up $200.00. My bill came to $31.35. I put $40.00 in the pocket of the folder with the bill. The waitress came back and said we only gave her $20.00. I pulled the money out of my pocket and counted $160.00. I paid it and was stupid enough to leave a $6 tip. But will never go back. You better hope she doesn’t have a card reader.

We wanted to sit outside on a nice day. All of the patio is smoking which made me sick from the other patrons. The traditional coleslaw I ordered wasnt very good at all. The wings I had with hot garlic sauce were tasty, but in the 10 count, I got only 3 drumlets and 7 flats. Thats a big turn off for me. How about 5 and 5? Im not too likely to return to this place again. (the service was very good and friendly)

Thank you for the best Dinner, we had during the last ten days, since we arrived in New York. If any future meals will be as good as the steak and the lamb chops today, it will be a great vacance. When I say everything on the menu is good, Im not just being a brown-noser. Nothing food wise will disappoint. The head chef here makes all the difference and the heated patio is unique in the area. With an above-average draught selection and an equally impressive craft bottle selection, you wont want to bar hop after youve visited Firehouse.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a restaurant/bar. Twice was almost charged for drinks that were already paid for by other guests at the table that had left. Also, met with the remark "Ill just pay for your drink" by a server. Check with your staff before assuming the customer is in the wrong. #Getyourshittogether

We were told about this place but were very disappointed. It is nice inside but the after looking at the menus everything was to expensive and we couldnt find anything reasonable. They still charged us for the drinks (pepsi/dr pepper) they brought our not even 30 seconds earlier that we didnt touch.

Usually everything is good but the one waitress seem annoyed we were there. Inside area smells and we sat near the outdoor bar (still inside) and every time someone walked in so did a cloud of smoke

Good food, meh service. Waitress didnt know the soups for the day, refilled my Coke with water and my wrap I ordered without peppers came with peppers. They do have skeeball, though!!

Delightful. This will be the first of many visits! Suggest they put the coleslaw in a separate cup so it doesnt make the fish soggy. Otherwise, a fabulous meal with great service.

Getting the 5 spice ribs. Awesome. And buffalo wings. With the pub chips. Great place for any occasion. We got the BG Burger. And artichoke and spinach chicken sandwich. Awesome too.
