I have not been here in a year.. Was very excited to be in town with a girlfriend that has been hurt.. We went in at 545.. I was shocked to see that no one was there.. We ordered and food took a long time,(35 min) mind you steak sandwich and salads.. I ordered my steak sandwich medium rare.. It was well done and awful.., the bartender was aware that I had a bite of the sandwich and told me the owners said I could have a free dessert.. Very shocked at this, Ive worked in the restaurant business my whole like.. Needless to say I spent 25.00 for oreida fries and left starving.. I HIGHLY advise no one to eat at this place because if you dont like it your still paying for it.. Shame on these owners...

The food was awesome. Ordered a side salad... Wasnt expecting a fresh spring mix with an awesome balsamic dressing. I ordered a margherita pizza, which was slightly under cooked but still good. My fiancé ordered a burger. He said it was awesome, but he had ordered it medium rare. It came out medium well. All of which could be over-looked (because the flavors were awesome), but the service was terrible. It took 10 minutes to get menus after we asked for them. It took 20 minutes to get a salad after we ordered. Heck it took at least 20 minutes just to get a box and pay our bill. The food was good, but not worth going back because the service was so poor.

Another hidden gem in the Valley. My family are regulars down there. They have good Burgers, Steaks, Salads, and Appetizers. Good service and Ownership too. Only critique is that they have multiple chefs working there, so if you go there when there are rookies then food can be slow and below standards. Because of that Ive had a few burned burgers. However I highly recommend going!

Came here on a Wednesday, had $2 off a pizza, and $3 sex on the beaches. Everything was cooked to perfection. The bartender/owner was kind and accommodating. Would defiantly be back. Also the wings are easily the best. Definitely a hidden valley treasure.

On the Rocks has delicious food, laid back atmosphere and a great selection of beers. If youre looking for a stop in the Valley I highly recommend keeping this gem on your radar. - Scott

Decent bar, with average bar food. Somewhat limited menu. They did have very nice daily specials: $3 long Islands, tacos/margaritas, beer buckets ext.
