Food used to be pretty decent but is taking the slippery slope to suckass. The shrimp and grits used to include andouille sausage, but thats disappeared, replaced by...hot sauce? seriously? the 12 dollar burger includes a fried egg. It used to be pretty tasty, but the last time I ordered it,the egg was over easy and the yolk ended up all over the place. My son ordered a cheeseburger wrap. It took forever, coming out a good 10 minutes after my dinner. We were told it was being "rewrapped." We wondered what that could mean. Young children were running roughshod over the place ignored by their parents, running through the ailes and actually crashing into our table while we ate. I used to like this place but I think Ill be eating elsewhere.

Decent beer selection as far as American bars go, but could use a better weißbier selection, and some dunkels. Their food selection, while not the most diverse, is all expertly crafted. In particular, the Spinach and Artichoke Dip is creamy and delectable. However, they fall short of a perfect five star due to my personal preference towards weißbier. But dont let that stop you from an excellent bar and house experience, this is definitely one of the most quality restaurants to dine at in the area. The bartender accommodated my request for coffee in spite of it not being explicitly mentioned in the menu, so Ive updated my review to 5 stars, because that is excellence in service.

Cheap food, poor presentation, poor service. We had to return our meal THREE times before they got it right & after I ate my meal cold & alone (waited for husbands to be right, then upon second return began eating without him), we were only granted a 10% discount on the meal. We typically do not return food & do not complain. We ordered alcoholic beverages (great, though over priced $9.00/drink), appetizer (enjoyed), & each ordered a meal. This was the second time we visited this place - and second time things went wrong. We prefer pleasant experiences, vigilant servers, & quality service. If you think you deserve this, too, then go elsewhere.

Somewhat pricey food and drinks for a little bar. Food is alright. So far Ive just had one of their weekly specials. Have a friend that works here so she talked me into coming by and checking it out during my lunch hour. Reserving any further stars for future visits. Service was ok, but the server we had wasnt that knowledgeable about the menu or what they had. He told us the special was fish and chips when in fact near the front door there was a banner stating 3 food specials that were nothing close to fish and chips. We had to get up and go look ourselves.

The take out situation needs to be corrected immediately. The young man answering the phone and taking orders is not equipped to do so. He asked me three times what type of dressing I would like on my salad and still provided the incorrect order. This is the second time this occurred and only because I assumed they were short staffed the first night I called in an order. I do not fault this young man for his lack of knowledge, however, someone more experienced should answer the phone.

Our order was wrong and the food was cold. Asked our server to slide our table over a bit so that we could slide into our seat (because there was no room with the table next to ours being right on top of us) and from that point on he gave us attitude the rest of the night. We live off of 210 and its nice to have different restaurants to choose from on the corridor but for our family this will not be considered among our options. Will not return and would not recommend.

A great place to grab food with the family,hang out for drinks with adults for a live show or trivia, or watch a game. Food is great, beer selection is awesome and the service is fantastic. Its great that they have a "bar" side and a "restaurant" side to suit your mood, its always a consistently good experience. Taps has it figured out for the St. Johns / 210 area.

Was afraid to try this establishment located in a strip center on rt 210 not far from rt 95. However was pleasant surprised. The food and service was quite good. You know youve arrived at a good spot when at 11:30am the place is already filling up for lunch. By the time we left, there was a packed house and this was the middle of the week.

My golf group always eats and drinks at Taps when we play a course in that area. The place is clean and well run. Food is really good, and the wait staff is very friendly. Golfers....take in your score card and get a free beer. The place has a good "feel". Bob A from St.Augustine

Want to Taps yesterday Saturday, Bar Tender says" guess what Smoked Wings are back". Yeah ! football season is back! Enjoyed the best smoked wings which I ordered crispy, after smoking they fry the wings for extra crispness. I will be back every weekend.

The beer selection is awesome!! The staff is great too. I would like to see more consistency in the way they cook their burgers. The Shroom n Swiss is great when it is cooked right. Often times though, when I ask for med-well, they still burn it.

Really enjoy going to Taps. Staff is very friendly and the food is really good. They have made several changes over the last few months including ownership and it has only gotten better. Great place to watch a game or grab dinner with the family.

Great staff, great food, great atmosphere! We are there on average 2-3 nights per week and everyone there knows us, the menu is diverse, there is lots of different entertainment from trivia, bands, karaoke and enough TVs to make anyone happy.

Above average food and caSual bar atmosphere. Fresh ingredients including fresh cut french fries, side salads. Excellent portabello burger and chix wrap. Good fast service. Happy hour beer specials. Our fav stop traveling off 95-S!

Good Local place, it is a regular haunt for us. Good selection of beer and they added a small bottle menu for wine. The owner listens to feedback and makes changes. Love to support a local place that cares.

Always crowded so decided to check out. Waitress messed up my order and the burger was horrible. Food is pretty expensive. I love supporting local businesses but Taps isnt that good.

They have awesome beer selections here. My co workers and I come here a lot after work, so were regulars. Atmosphere here is chill and its a good nice to hang out.
