We ate there a week ago. Waitress was super but the food left a lot to be desired. We both ordered breakfast and neither were good. The sunshine skillet eggs and sausage were both overcooked while the potatoes were not done enough. Size of the dish was a lot less than I have had at other Bob Evans. My husband wasnt happy with his meal either. Needless to say we wont be eating there again even though we are in the area quite often.

The lady behind the counter greeted us, and the Manger cane from behind the skillet to sit us down. We sat for 10 mins with me seeing 4 different waiters and waitresses help other tables and not even got water and an order from ppl that came in after us and they never look in our direction. Then by time someone looked they still didnt have anybody come over or apologize just horrible customer service and the place wasnt crowed.

Visited this establishment for dinner on 09/23/2015. My father who was on crutches stepped into the Male restroom while visiting this establishment and slipped on the floor. A sign was NOT posted that the floors were indeed wet. After speaking to the manager he claimed he would "Check on it". We did not receive a complimentary meal or even a discounted bill. I am extremely unsatisfied on how we were treated.

Service was horrible. They didnt bring our rolls until the end of our meal (so much for unlimited rolls! ) they forgot my husbands meal, I had to ask 3 times for coffee, waited 20 minutes for drinks, our waitress only asked us once (again at the end of our meal) if anyone wanted drink refills. The only reason I am giving this review a 3 star is because the food was decent.

My waitress (Michelle) was fantastic. However, the food was slow to reach the table - 45 minutes. The greeter sat us only to make us get up; in fact this happened 3 times before we were finally seated. Also, the manager made crude and inappropriate jokes in ear shot of the customer. Lucky for them (and us) they have a fantastic waitress in Michelle because she saved the visit.

We walked in the person that was doing the seating did not want to seat us, the Manger came from behind the counter and seated us... he didnt tell us who our server would be. After looking over the menu we noticed it had been 10 minutes and nobody had come over to give us drinks or take our order... we got up and left nobody said anything to us.. and no it wasnt busy.

Good food... reasonably priced & affordable... best cup of coffee... food is always good... nice place to have lunch with mom or the kids... nice gifts available for purchase in the lobby... some food gift items also available for purchase... plenty of convenient parking... nice comfortable atmosphere & seating... & my personal favorite, booths, as everyone knows.

Horrible! Will never come back. After working 12 hrs., came for a hot breakfast, hash fries and eggs were cold. Biscuits were cold. I asked for a Sundae, waitress said she would go get it, came back with my tab. Rude waitresses, appears as if their weekend sucked, so they took it out on their customers.

I ordered the sunshine Skillet, biscuts were dry and hard, ask for some fresh biscuts, while waiting I started to eat my other food,OMG The potatoes were BURN to a krisp!! There for the dish of food tasted burn., The server apologized,the food was good the 2nd time.

Most places get a 4-star but this is Bob Evans and the food is always delicious I travel a lot and fast food does not get it on a day-to-day basis. But above a 4-star is the service and I cannot say nothing friendly people at this location

I had a very nice experience. The place was clean. Our waitress was very attentive even though they were very busy. The food was good, still warm and well presented. I would come again. Give the lady a raise!!

Service is great, we were a group of 5 and didnt have to wait too long to be seated; i had scramble eggs with hotcakes and coffee for breakfast. My wife had french toast with blueberries; we all enjoyed it.
