So many choices for soup each day, and they have yet to run out on me! Variety from very hearty to very healthy (and some that are both, like the Roadhouse Sirloin Chili I just finished). Salads are fresh, with enough variety to eat a couple times a week and not get bored. Ditto the sandwiches. Service is great. Frankly, Panera may be the market leader in this space, but in Northeast Ohio, I give Zoup the nod everytime.

I went here to get my lunch and when I payed for my food they gave me a fake $10 dollar bill. I didnt know it was fake til I got off work and went to the store to buy something I was told the money was fake. When I brought it to the attention of zoups I was told there was nothing they could do about it that I needed to call corporate..... Be very cautious with this place.

The most rancid place I have ever eaten, and my severe food poisoning is proof. Ordered their chicken dumpling soup with half a pesto grilled cheese sandwich, and within 2 hours of eating, I was puking my guts up, among other things. I cant remember ever being this sick. Please take my advice, and dont eat here if you care about your health!

Crocker Park was the first Zoup location i tried. I am a regular at the one in Fairlawn now. If you love soup Zoup is the place to be but dont fall in love with one soup because their soup changes daily. I love so many soups there i wouldnt be able to name them all. I fall in love with a new one every time I go.

Went here for the furst time and really enjoyed having lunch there. Much like Panera but I really feel like you get your money worth here. Will be back for lunch. Friendly staff as well. The soup and salad were great tasting.

Ordered the Sicilian Pizza soup after trying a sample. Great soup! The Chicken Tuscan sandwich is a great pairing for the soup. Staff was polite, first time customer and they explained everything greatly.

Weve ordered from this location quite a few times now. Every order has been correct, and the associates are (so far) always pleasant and accommodating. We will continue to order from Zoup.

Went here for lunch for the first time. Not so bad! I had a cup of chili and side of greens salads. I also love their lobster bisque with french bread.
