Worse customer service known to man in the area. Been here on numerous occasions and had good experiences all the way up till they made a mistake. Normally one mistake wouldnt warrant a negative review but Tammy their employee was flat out rude and disgusting. I ordered 30 boneless wings with bbq sauce and they forgot sauce on them. Normally no problem but when I call in she states bring your wing in and well put sauce on them. Not recook your order or how can we resolve this. Then she becomes extremely rude and starts to tell me I didnt order it that way and its my fault they forgot. Even know the guy next to her says yes it was 30 boneless bbq. She also was kind enough to even hang up on me when I stated I wanted to talk to the owner/management. Wouldnt recommend this place to nobody if their life depended on it. Horrible customer service by one of the rudest people around Tammy @ Marina Fish & Chicken in West Carrollton on dixie.

My parents love the place. At first when it was new, I did too. I fell in love with the Chicken Philly sandwich the few times I was able to have it at the beginning when you had first opened. Whenever my parents and I come now, I always (have tried to) order the Chicken Philly but its never in stock. I dont see a point of even having it on the menu anymore if its not in stock. Always disappointed to find out, after the order has been paid for, that its not in stock. Not sure if its never in stock or just whenever I happen to come in.

I would not recommend eating here. The place wasnt the cleanest and we waited almost 30 minutes for our order. We asked the cashier what something on the menu was and her response was "oh, I dont know". Our order (for 3 people) was all is $30 and for fast food, let alone bad fast food, is way too expensive. We have absolutely no intentions on every eating here again. They have a tablet they use for your card and I had to literally lean over the counter to sign it bc it was bolted in on the opposite side.

Walked in the establishment and questioned whether it was wise for me to eat the food. It smell very sour and mildewy in the building. The chicken tasted like every other location (JJs Fish & Chicken, Moes, Sharks, ect.) Ultimately I would not go back there

Fish was decent. No soda available in drive thru pickup. Most bland and soggy fries Ive ever had. They forgot an item in my over priced order. Wont be returning.

Clean and very friendly. I had the chicken strips and they were very juicy and perfectly fried. Friends had honey bbq wings and said they were great.

For as expensive as the jumbo shrimp were, they were a little overcooked and not very crispy and the wing prices went up
