NEVER AGAIN! We have eaten in this restaurant many times over past 25 or so years but we finally decided there was no hope for this place. We do eat at other Red Lobsters around the eastern U.S. They were mostly OK except this one - mostly the service is terrible but the food is pretty bland, too. THEN, came the wonderful coconut shrimp with pina colada sauce! Oh well, the Red Lobster in Louisville, KY near St. Matthews was good. We got it in Miamisburg twice & last night was the final straw. The process to place the takeout is not the same as at other Red Lobsters (@ the bar with a seat, maybe tea). A door to the kitchen was where this R.L. took the order even though it wasnt crowded. I wouldve walked out but my husband wanted to make me happy & he waited over an hour! Then, they did not include the extra sauce, for which he offered to pay. Also, there was only one side dish per order & not even biscuits. The sides & sauces were packed in a way that they were spilled all over. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Had to wait to be seated although no one else was in the restaurant because three people were standing around talking. After being seated we ordered 2 glasses of water, after waiting what seemed like 20 minutes we left. As we were walking out one of the rudest worker (Im assuming he was a manager) asked if we were not eating, I explained waiting 20 minutes for water was too long he rudely told me we had only waited 6 minutes. Even 6 minutes is too long for WATER. We normally eat there twice a week, now it will be none. There are too many other restaurants in this area that appreciate their customers. They also only post review they want you to see.

I had a pleasant experience. The food was pretty good, the service was excellent! The manager did come by and ask if everything was okay. I told him the truth. The flatware had food and napkin particles on them, the salad had a huge chunk of a lettuce head core in it and had onions when I requested no onions. The water taste like dirt. The manager requested to take my meal off, I said no, the food was great. He did bring me a bottle of some fancy water which had a crisp no taste refreshing feeling. I would definitely go back to a place that treats their customers like this.

To be honest the only time we go to Red Lobster is when they are having their endless shrimp. That being said, we have never had to wait more than a minute or two to be seated. We make it a point of letting our waiter or waitress know we LOVE their biscuits so they keep them coming for us! If I could say one negative thing about them is the couple of times weve been seated in the bar area, service was slower and we had to ask for water refills. Beyond that, it is always a great experience at the Miamisburg Red Lobster!

Im not sure if this was just one day, because I have had good Red Lobster before (Beavercreek). But the last time I went here, I had a horrible waitress who gave my sisters boyfriend lemonade that tasted like water with a squirt of a lemon in it. She probably checked on us like twice the entire dinner. She seemed a bit rude. our food had very little taste and was not satisfying. Wont eat here again.

This place is soooo good! The staff was also very nice to my wife and me. I would make a suggestion to the owner, though. Your entrance is very dangerous for the age of people who frequent the place. A road through the back of the parking lot would lower the blood pressure of all who eat here and prevent the elderly Evel Knievel from ripping across the 4 lane road to get to bingo on time.

Red Lobster has done an excellent job of improving their product. With that said, their menu prices are a little on the high end for the quality of the food. Depending on time of day and week, you may have a very extended wait time to get seated. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and overall it is a nice place to visit for lunch/dinner if Seafood is on your wish list.

order the ultimate feast platter lobster was rubbish,crab leg I sent back because they were tiny replace with some that were cold and still small wife told me to let the waiter know ,I told her Im done with red lobster no wonder I stayed away so long,her order of salmon wasnt good neither , not about the price but when you spend $60.00 for a meal out you deserve to be happy.

I was not too happy about,my experience. Decided to move to another table and the waiter acted like I ruined his day when his seating was a few feet away. And made a condescending remark about how we knew wed want brownies later. The atmosphere seemed snobby and not very comfortable last time I checked red lobster wasnt a five star restaurant.

Food is always good, and staff is always friendly, but usually a slow process. The food takes a little while and it seems like management put a a lot on the servers above and beyond their tables. Stop bys from them are less frequent than a lot of places, but I always see them running around like crazy. So Im not counting that against them

Friendly staff, steaks are cooked correctly and the seafood is not over cooked. Best item on menu comes free with every meal, and that is the incredibly rich and delicious cheese bisquits! Be prepared for a wait of up to 1/2 an hour before being seated, however, the appetizers and main course have always shown up quickly after that.

The service was wonderful, i couldnt have asked for a better waitress. The food was decent. Quite unhappy with the endless shrimp options, (unless you like siricchai or all fried) so few choices. Thankfully great people amd good service saved the evening

Come here often for the King Crab (and seafood in general since options in area extremely limited). Going to finally rate since I had an awesome evening with the aid of an awesome server, Brian. He was on point. Raw oysters are so-so.

About a week ago it took 15 Minutes to be seated. Thought it was strange due to the fact that NO ONE WAS WAITING FOR A TABLE-BOOTH!!! THEN I ASK FOR A DRINK. THAT TAKES ABOUT 10 MINUTES...DONT SEE THE Server so me and my 3 kids leave!

My wife and I do like Red Lobster, but unlike this branch. The food was not too good, and I had a cold broccoli side. My wife had a much smaller portion of the fries. We felt the servant was a bite uncooperative.
