BRST SUBS & FRIES EVER, Her impressed. Watched & listened while the gentleman in charge trained a new employee. Was kind but firm about strict cleanliness! As Ive been in business for many years this was impressive. I rarely see or hear this much competence in training being done in todays work place. Very fresh meats and cheeses cut & sliced per order grilled fresh bread ....potatoes are sliced in front of customer per order and fresh real lemonade. If I were to have a franchise this is what If want!! But, I ll settle for being a happy customer in Strongsville Ohio.

As a food critic I carry a small meat thermometer in my pocket. The meatball sub was not close to 135 degrees or hotter. This can cause someone to get sick! I stick with the cold stuff, as long as it is kept cold that is!

The first time I went to get food here I noticed that the staff never wore gloves. This is DISGUSTING! I saw no hand washing or glove boxes anywhere. I probably wont return knowing that hands are touching my food.

I love the the chicken Philly! Tastes great and blows other local sandwich places out if the water. Get some fries, but dont plan onndoing much afterwards. It is filling!

Subs used to be full of meat and a good value, but they have really thinned out the amount of meat in every sandwich. Disappointing because this place used to be great.
