The food was excellent but, the service was garbage and really goes against the "good vibes" that are mentioned on the bag. We were rushed in ordering our food and once the food was cooked theyd lose track of which sandwich belonged to who because they ordered the sandwiches as if they were trying to fill out a Tetris board. Would recommend lunching elsewhere.

A couple of days ago this establishment did a benefit for the Deaf against Violence nonprofit so I stopped in. My children and I were very impressed with the food, prices, and character of this place. Best Potbelly I have ever been to!

Food is soooo good and sometimes there is live music during lunch time. Prices are reasonable. Clean restaurant. Its a real treat compared to subway. Better food and prices than most local competitors.
