This sandwich shop offers quickly made food for relatively cheap. Its similar to a subway or Quiznos, if you are familiar with those brands. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the sandwiches available are delicious. They also serve a breakfast meal, which I have not tried yet. For CWRU students: they do accept CaseCash. Usually no line, and slightly tucked away so that most people dont know about it. Overall, the meal was delicious and cheap.

This is easily a 5 star place to get food. Im sadly giving it two stars due to the fact that every time work orders from them our food is messed up. Like, not even what we said we wanted shows up. Do they just decide what we should eat? From now on Ill just go in person since whoever is handling the phone orders is incompetent. Also, watch out for those hot peppers...theyll sear your bunghole!

Great prices and super fresh. Bread is not too thick so more protein, less carbs. Meats are good quality and they are actually toasted long enough to stay warm. Nice historical Cleveland art on the walls. Combos arent the best value compared to other places but the sandwich itself is. A bigs Wreck, my fav is $6.60. A combo is $3.

Staff was nice Service was Fast and CORRECT. Facility was clean. They didnt have too many options, however they executed their choices perfectly, no half-a**ed food. Portion size is on the small side for the price, but compared to other sandwich shops its on par. Definitely a go to.

Some people like Jimmy Johns or Subway, but if you want a good sandwich and a nice atmosphere to eat it in, this is a far better option. Surprisingly, their prices are on par with their aforementioned competitors, making them an excellent deal for a casual sit-down lunch or dinner.

Love potbelly sandwiches. Quick and personable service, great sandwiches, and a good price. Also really good milkshakes. Recommendations: chicken salad sandwich, pizza sandwich, a wreck, and the oreo milkshake.

Aaah its soooo gooood. Ive never had a bad item here. The atmosphere is great and its always clean, its usually crowded but its totally worth the wait. Everything is good here. And the staff is nice.
