Stopped in while visiting and got an order to go. Got back to where I was staying and the order was incorrect. It had to be an entirely different order because nothing was correct. I called and let them know and had to be somewhere thats why we got it to go. They told me to call back on the next day. I called the next two days and my name and number was taken down and they were going to "call me back". After never hearing anything, I called back a week later and was told the same thing if I left my name and number. A call back is the polite thing to do if youre going to correct the situation or not. Horrible customer service!

On my first visit, I brought my family from SD to have brunch at the Bridge House. It was delicious and had a very relaxed atmosphere(the radio was a bit loud but when we asked, they turned it down for us). Other reviews mention the outdated look, but who needs fancy decor when the food is great and the service is friendly! It is very clean, welcoming, has reasonable pricing, and great comfort food. A hidden gem for sure.

Overall not bad place. Major issue though is that service is very slow. Waited about 30 minutes for my order normally that would be ok but they werent really busy at all. Got food and didnt see waitress again for a while with no drinks. Finally see waitress when i get to cash register only thwn did i know how much my total was. Overall time spent there was an hour and a half. Oh well better luck next time maybe.

3 of us went in Friday for lunch. The waitress was nice and took our order promptly. After waiting about 40 minutes I could hear the cook in the back cursing loudly complaining about our order and also complaining that the kitchen was out of several food items. I had to get the attention of the waitress and ask her when we would get our food. Just a terrible overall experience!!

Great friendly service. Asked my name and called me by name throughout my visit. Had a good Egg Salad Sandwich special with cornbread, soup, chips, and a drink all for under $8! Having Nina as a waitress was like visiting your favorite southern aunt. Great hospitality. Will visit again.

If you like small, local hole-in-the-wall restaurants like we do then you will love this place! The food is delicious and inexpensive and the service is prompt and friendly. They have everything from breakfast food to sandwiches and dinner entrees. Check this place out for yourself!

Great food and good people. Try the Big Girl Platter, you wont be hungry when your finished eating. They also have Great Pie... And dont forget some ice cream on top.
