Was a chef here for a bit and there is a major lack of teamwork in certain areas. Also u got way too many people workin in the kitchen. I witnessed alot of people not doing much. To help others in many ways. Got people in front of the grill that dont know what their doing. Your dish washer needs help by having someone. Put things away while they wash everything. Not have someone come in and do the job for them. And make them stop and put stuff away. Thats very disrespectful in my opinion. Co workers would leave when there was still things that needed to be done. Like mop the floor,take trash out, wipe things off, etc. You guys need to get with the program. Im surprised with some of the people who do nothing. That still have a job when they should be fired. Do not get a job here unless u wanna be someones you know what all the time.

We decided to try Rosehill for my birthday. We both had the Ribey steak and a few beers. Food was awsome steak was cooked to perfection. And our server Tammy was fantastic.she even looked excited as she brought out our food. As we were leaving we ran into some friends at the bar so decided to stay for another beer. Didnt catch the bartenders name but he was awsome. We did check out other food the bar pstrons were eating and were already planing our next meal there. A gentlemen at the bar was eating french onion soup that made me envious. Cant wait to go back.

I was a waitress here for about 5 months. The owner sue was extremely abusive to her staff. Repeatedly called them fat and would get in my face and scream at me. Would constantly mock me and grab me by the arm and jerk me around to yell at me. Then after I quit I continued to get harassed by her. She would text me with extremely unprofessional things. Also constantly talks HORRIBLE about her customers.. Do not apply to this restaurant, you may notice that there are always new waitresses because no one ever stays because they cant handle the abuse.

Pitiful, less than poor from entering the door to leaving. Terrible reception, display of food (buffet) disgusting, preparation of food abominable (over cooked, cold, processed) WAS ASKED TO LEAVE BECAUSE THEY HAD A PARTY OF 15 COMING. When we waited politely a half an hour on our reservation time on arrival ! Less than an F grade. Owner strictly out for money, cares less about quality & customer satisfaction. Feel Very Sorry for Employees.. Most likely under paid & way over straddled with rules & demanding put downs!

The food is excellent. We had a large party for Easter Brunch. The female owner/manager spoke very poorly to the servers. Big turn off. The food was very cold and if you wanted to go back through the line it was 30 people deep so we did not go back. Didnt have he value for the money. Then they did the bill wrong and it was a hassle getting it corrected, same female manager/owner. 2 days later, the charges are not correct on my credit card. I dread calling her.

We eat here almost on a monthly basis. Its a great place to go when all the restaurants in Medina are packed. Delicious food and friendly servers. Weve also been here for the Mothers Day brunch with 10 people and everything was wonderful. It has an enjoyable atmosphere and pretty patio/deck for outdoor dining. Give it a try.

This is our go to restaurant when we want a good dinner out. A place to met your neighbors. Sue and her family make you feel at home and that you belong. The Sunday buffet is to die for. They do fish better than anywhere else in Medina. Cant say enough good about it.

A simple, nice, local restaurant. We went here as a group of 4. I ordered the lamb which was delicious. It has a nice interior, quiet and inviting. The fireplace is a nice touch in the evenings. A good place to check out when in Medina.

Sue, the owner is wonderful, always up front, greeting and keeping an eye on quality. By far one of the finest meals in Medina. Go visit, try something youve never had, you wont be disappointed! Desserts are splendid.

Disappointed. Gave 3 stars because the crab cakes I ordered were actually good. Didnt care for their "famous" chicken paprikash. It was bland and their spatzels were plank size. Too doughy. Wont be returning there .
