Went in 2 kids after a Saturday soccer game. They were hungry! We always think this location has closed b/c the lot is empty every time we go (rarely) but this was no exception. We were seated quickly but it went down hill from there. We arrived and were the only customers. We ordered 3 drinks and 3 personal pans. About 15 min in, another family came in and got a pitcher of cola and when ms pizza arrived at their table, we guessed they had ordered ahead. But then 25 minutes in,no waitress, no explanation. When a customer came in for a pickup, the waitress took care of them just as I walked over to check on our order. The 3 pizzas were played and sitting on the delivery rack. When I asked if she could give us our pizzas, she told me to wait (as they continued to cool). Another kitchen employee refused to even turn around to lift a finger. When I saw another customer come in for slick up, I attempted to get our pizzas and was chastised by the employees when I pointed out they didnt appear to care about customer service. The man I can only assume was the shift supervisor "kindly" reminded me I was welcome to leave, to Which my my response was to agree. Then, I left the pizzas with serving tray on the table and walked to door with my 2 hungry elementary schoolers. Employee response was not any apology or attempt to rectify their poor service to throw in "theres the door." If you hate your job - leave. If you have to make excuses for your poor performance, then leave. If you cant be a people person, find a cubicle!

I went yesterday with my two kids. It took almost 1 hour to make two little personal pizza for them! My kids were hungry. Plus they give one of the pizzas to other family. The family touch the pizza and then the waitress realize that pizza was supposed to be for us. So people, she collect the pizza and went straight to us and give to us. When I ask her if it was the same pizza oh the other people she said no. When I ask her for second time she accept it. I ask her for please do another one because my kids will not eat pizza touched for another people. She said that she cant because they were having a lot of orders. So we stand up and went to the manager. The manager dont care , he ask me to call his company and complaint. I think Solon should close that place. Is not the first time happen to me bad experiences there. My kids love Pizza Hut and thats why we return. But this was the last time. They dont. Are about higiene and anything bathroom is very dirty. The floors too with pieces of pizza all over. I would recommend that if you like pizza go to Aurora Pizza Hut is more clean and people is very nice.

I dont even want to give it ONE star. I waited on a medium pizza and some chicken wings for 45 minute (still waiting) Ordered it about 9:30. keep in mind Im literally two minutes down the street. On top of that, I call them up at 10:02 and some rude woman Chelsea answers and immediately says "sorry were closed" and hangs up the phone. Just hangs up without even giving me a chance to ask about where my pizza and wings are. I call back and shes about to say "sorry were closed again" but I interrupted her and said "youre closed but Im still waiting on my food?" And she doesnt even ask me my name or phone number or location or anything. She just says the driver will be there soon. I start to tell her my location and she just HANGS UP THE PHONE AGAIN LIKE WHILE IM STILL TALKING. Its now 10:22 and its still not here. I have never been more pissed off at a food service. Such a bad attitude Chelsea had. I will definitely be calling up there tomorrow and talking to her manager. Im so disgusted at how rude she was to me.

Surprised this place is still open. Done-in experience was literally the worst done-in experience weve ever had. Ordered a personal pan pizza, a sane itch, wings, and a salad bar. The waitress never checked in on us during our meal. Only answered the phones. After waiting over 45 minutes for the sandwich we were told it would be 15 more. Another 30 minutes and no sandwich. We were comped the sandwich and given a free dessert. When we asked to speak to a manager the waitress asked if somethings was wrong...all we could do was laugh. Excuses were, "its my first night...and we comped your sandwich." Neither one excuses rude, dismissive, and ignorant behavior. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

They must have changed ownership. This location used to be good. The last two times I ordered it was awful. First time they got my order wrong and had to send it back. Both times the "cheese sticks" I ordered were just plain bread sticks. All dried out. Looked and tasted like theyve been sitting for three days. Second order I tried the new "cheese and bacon stuffed crust". I also paid $4 for extra topping that I did not receive. The "stuffed" crust was EMPTY. Void of both cheese and bacon. All this for only $25. What a bargain! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Looks like the only good place to get pizza left in Solon is Antonios.

Doesnt deserve one star. The absolute worst customer service I had ever dealt with. When I called to place my order I was hung up on no biggie right? Well I tried to place that order for 45 minutes and they would not answer the phone this was on a Wednesday at 7:30pm. I then crazily attempted to place another order today 2 hours after I placed my order it still had not arrived and can you believe no one will answer AGAIN! I am calling corporate after this I would.like to see new ownership or permanently close! Solon is a great community we dont need trashy pizza joints lingering around

Oh woww... I actually cant believe all the reviews I just read!.. service is great, employees are so friendly!!.. I see the same people there all the time, at least the waitresses..and I even became friends with one of them.. Pizza is delicious. If u guys are rushing or something u should let them know u cant wait more that 30 minutes and they will tell u if they can make it or not..thats what I always do whenever I order on the phone a pick up order at any place.. FIVE STARTS!!!!

Waitress forgot breadsticks. Told us they were coming right up, then disappeared for half hour. Saw glimpses of her texting in the back while we also got no refills, napkins, or silverware. Had to get in line with the other people walking out to speak to the manager. Eat at home next time you want Pizza Hut

Decent pizza for a decent price. The customer service has never overwhelmed me at how awesome it could be. Every once in a while, someone will be a gem, but this place seems like a revolving door. I never see the same person working there twice in a row.

Ordered a simple large cheese pizza with the new cheesy bite crust. It took a long time for the delivery server to arrive. I shouldve went to Dominoes, they have their orders hot and ready in ten minutes. Definitely not going to order from them again.
